Acumatica is user friendly and invests into user customizability, making the system what you need.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of customizability is huge! The reporting and dashboards you can create are super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the links to different platforms within the system could use less clicks

Traceability of transactions and transparency.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in sales. I like that Acumatica allows me to easily keep track of email threads, allowing others to fill in and respond when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to relog in once an hour or so. Sometimes I have opportunities open, then by the time I get around to them, I have to relog in and refresh every page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica allows all of our business units to have 1 source of truth for data and reporting, while also streamlining operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slight learning curve for end users, but the UI is constantly improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica solves our issues with streamline reporting and operations, benefiting the company to become more organized and plan production more efficiently.

The ability to customize the software to fit your business instead of changing your business to fit the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part was the length of time to implement

Getting more reports that are standard instead of having to create them all from scratch.
Completely capable and versatile, but lacking in training.

Almost everything about Acumatica is customizable. You can build it to be your own and suit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typically you have to depend on an ad-on solution or consultants to achieve what your business needs because the level of technical expertise required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementation of processes and controls and tracking of critical data.
Great for Finance, Wanting more for projects

We really like having access to all our data at the click of a button, it allows us to be very transparent with our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The project management suite is lacking operational use, so we have to have an additional software for our field teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is making big strides in the automation efforts which makes us more efficient!
Acumatica is a great platform that thrives off of customer success
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is a great experience and once you get into the workflow of using the platform, it's a powerful tool that will help your team reach new levels of productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little to dislike when it comes to Acumatica, the new modules and programs that they are coming out with essentially eliminate anything that we would dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is really assisting with product inventory insights.

The service module is a the most useful tool within Acumatica. We are hoping to have the scheduling tools re-designed

Customizability can be both good and bad. There are a lot of moving pieces. However once you understand it, you can do anything OK
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration Between business units and departments.
User Friendly Cloud based ERP
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be up and running across the various modules in a short amount of time. It is a great solution for small businesses that don't have a lot of resources but need a system with the same level of capability as any system that is out there. The support from our VAR has been world class and the community of users that are always willing to share tips and tricks is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still working on discovering all of the capabilities and functionality that is there. There is a wealth of documentation that is out there and available but abridged versions of this documentation or a video series of some of the items might be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having only been an Acumatica customer for less than a year, we've already seen the improvements related usability and efficiency enhancements that have made our jobs easier. The side panels is a big time saver and we have just scratched the surface of using this functionality over the past few weeks.
