Acumatica Is user friendly, very intuitive to use and it is easy to customize.

It is hard to find documentation to integrate it with open source sotfware.

I like how innovative Acumatica's leadership is and how the platform constantly evolves to keep our business competitive.

The need for a VAR. The quality of your implementation depends mainly on on the quality of your VAR.

Automating workflows. Transparency within and outside of the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be scaled at large and be able to integrate with so many partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slightly aggressive upgrade deadline that pushes small teams to have to update quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
shipping, Distribution, and product inventory. It allows us to be able to have Acumatica be a one stop shop for all company information.

As a developer, the tools and framework have allowed me to stretch and expand the functionality to the needs of my clients.

I think more tools to manage and track performance would be great.

The ability to allow users with low Code experience to add fields helps developers focus more on intesive/complicated customizations instead by allowing general users to create fields they need themselves with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The advanced integration between inventory and warehouse management, CRM, and accounting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation requires a lot of external customization work with third-parties that add significantly to the cost and complexity of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can't run our business without it.
A streamlined, cloud based, user friendly experience
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud based platform helps us to avoid issues we had in the past needing a remote desktop application to access our old ERP. It's also so many fewer steps to do simple processes, unlike our previous ERP which was unnecessarily complicated and led to steps not being done. It's also much easier to upload and export data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and inquiries out of the box are somewhat limited to what we're used to, but being able to use generic inquiries to get exactly what we need helps with that a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Production Order module is very easy to use, making it much more efficient to track our work as it goes through the multiple steps of manufacturing. Because it's easy to do simple tasks like transfers and adjustments, they're less of a pain point for employees and so much time is saved.

Using Acumatica has allowed us to streamline processes through usability while giving us tools to implement our own changes to the system.

There is nothing i can think of to dislike.
