Revolutionized Our Warehouse with Real-Time Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can use handheld devices in the warehouse with Acumatica. It lets us take and upload photos of the packing slips and material directly to the transactions in real time. This saves me from having to scan, rename, and file each packing slip at the end of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there is still so much for me to learn with Acumatica. Our biggest hardship in the warehouse is the time it takes to process materials (transactions). It takes several minutes to get items received and onto the production floor. I'm sure this can become more efficient when I learn more on automation. The implementation took a long time, about 1.5 years, and wasn't easy, as it took me away from many of my daily responsibilities as a Warehouse Manager. I think we still needed more time prior to implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica enhances inventory visibility and uncovers issues with staff behavior. It allows us to upload packing slips in real-time, eliminating manual scanning and filing. However, it can be time-consuming to process materials, but I'm hopeful that learning more about automation will help.
Ease of Use, But Improvement Needed for Payment Exports
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica because it puts everything all in one place, making management more streamlined. I appreciate its ease of use, which makes it easy to train new users and find the right reports quickly. The setup was easy too, as I've been told.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the NACHA file export for customer payments.

Customizable and Streamlined, but Needs Better Inventory Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Acumatica helps to keep things streamlined and easy to use and collaborate on. The customizability of the system is fantastic and really helps to improve how we are able to do our jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating not being able to do one mass PO instead of multiple POs if pulling inventory from multiple sites.

Acumatica streamlines and simplifies reporting, project tracking, inventory tracking, and expenses. Its customizability enhances how we perform our jobs, making collaboration easy.
Straightforward Finances and Manufacturing Tool

I appreciate how straightforward Acumatica is, with no unnecessary elements, keeping us focused on what is most important. It connects information for seamless work, and its initial setup was mostly smooth.

I find it challenging that Acumatica doesn't allow me to easily customize, add, or change fields without needing customization projects.

Centralized Data Boosts Decision Making
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica consolidates everything in one place, which assists me in decision-making. It also allows transparency, and it's great that it can remove duplicate customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in Acumatica. It seems we don't like it, but I can't really elaborate since it's not my area. Also, the initial setup was difficult at first.

Customizable Software with Potential, But Needs Better Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love the potential that Acumatica has, especially the possibilities for customization. It's great because we have a lot of invisible rules and exceptions, so we can change it as we go, as our needs grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't properly been trained nor know anything about the way it was implemented. There are no quick links for the help. I have a lot of interface issues. Our VAR is really slow on deploying updates. It's hard to get a feel of where we can improve on setting up Acumatica.

Acumatica standardizes tasks, compiles information, and provides data to the accounting department.
User-Friendly Solution for Business Growth
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly and intuitive Acumatica is. It's simple for my employees to use, even if they are not computer savvy. Acumatica gives us clear reports and insight into the business, which helps us make informed decisions for growth.

There is still so much more that we need to dive into, and we are not utilizing Acumatica as much as we could.

Customizable and Scalable, But Needs More Modules
What do you like best about the product?
I like the modern feel, the modern features, the GIs, and the customizable workflows of Acumatica. The customizable workflows allow us to meet business needs specific to our industry. GIs give us the ability to pull our own reports. Business events help us automate a lot of processes with the help of a task scheduler.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need a deferred revenue module for distribution. I also need a consigned inventory module for distribution, where you can receive and sell consigned inventory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica because it's a SAAS-based platform that's customizable and scalable. It lets us meet industry-specific needs with customizable workflows, pull our own reports with GIs, and automate processes with business events and task scheduling.
Low-Code Simplicity with Powerful Manufacturing Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's low/no code feature, which makes it relatively straightforward for setting up when I need to create GI and dashboards. I love that there's the Acumatica community forum where I can look up resources and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the UI look and feel could be improved, but it doesn't affect the functionalities. I wish there were more resources and documentation, similar to what some other ERP software like SAP and PowerBI offer. There's a bit of a learning curve with the initial setup.

Acumatica reduces errors in our lot/serial/warehouse process tracking and helps with report and data visualization.
Flexible and Modern ERP for Manufacturers
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility and IT customizable workspaces in Acumatica. It provides a modern experience, especially compared to our previous archaic system. The platform helps by streaming the workflow, which has been a great improvement for our manufacturing processes.

Mobile lot/serial number scanning to shipments

I use Acumatica for batch creation of soils and fertilizer. Its flexibility and IT customizable workspaces modernize our processes, streaming the workflow effectively.
