User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily change GL accounts invoices

There are some issues with payroll for Canadian customers

Allowing for EFT payment options for Canadian customers in Acumatica payments
Acumatica was a great fit for our diversified company

The UI is user friendly and easy to learn

I'd like to be able to more easily change parameters in my reports with out having to create them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have two main streams of business, one being order processing and the other being project based. Acumatica helped us to track both.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, customability, and flexibility to meet various needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it easier to write my SQL straight in a compiler rather than building by linking tables in GIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed in manufacturing, inventory tracking, accounts payable, and vendor tracking.

The UI was easy to adapt to. The training when we switched went very well and was easy to pick up

requires a lot of sequal knowledge to really set up the system after implementation.

visibility of cost allocation to jobs and projects
Often A Struggle
What do you like best about the product?
Limitless possibilities. It seems there is a lot of opportunity but we have difficulty in leveraging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is something we struggle with.

Our A/P and purchase order process is much cleaner.
The next level in business accounting
What do you like best about the product?
Its a powerful tool to track and analyze you business data. Removing the barriers to scalability
What do you dislike about the product?
It is VERY complex. You need an IT mind to be able to truly get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed PM's to assist the AR department in billing to clients. It has made invoicing a lot easier

What do you like best about the product?
All of the useful reports they are able to provide. It gives our company the ability to see our strugles and find a way to clean them up
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to custimize dashboards with backgrounds and or diffrent colors. Not a big problem but I really enjoy the actual product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outstanding POs and providing a report so I can see where we have items that need to be paid.
Making the GL a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of moving through the processes of reconciliations, journal entries, billing, and accounts receivable.

There was a bit of a learning curve (I have only been with the company/using Acumatica since October)

Streamlining the payment processes and making banking reconciliation more clean
Great Flexible System
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with multiple platforms is critical. The flexability provided allows us to innovate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand the VAR model and sometimes would like to work more directly with Acumatica.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our basic accounting software is failing. ACM is a great solution for our business.
For my first Acumatica summit this has exceeded my expectations.

The demos included in the workshops that use real world scenarios

I would say the workshops go by a little too quickly.

Acumatica is helping polish existing processes in our business that were struggling with our last ERP
