Easy to use, aesthetically good looking, HIGHLY customizable.

How you can customize and do so much. Business events, automations, and it's always evolving a not stagnant ! Also LOVE the community

Unifies Sales and Manufacturing, but Setup is Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Acumatica brings our very different worlds of sales and manufacturing together in one system. I appreciate the accessibility of both the product in general and actionable data for our users. It's great that our people can see at a moment's notice what the status of sales orders is, whether it comes to fulfillment by inventory content or make-to-order manufacturing production orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Allocation needs to have a location as well as a warehouse. It sometimes pulls from the wrong location on allocation of items that have stock in multiple locations. It exists in shipping but that is too late to hit before pick. The initial setup of Acumatica was difficult and took longer than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica unifies our sales and manufacturing systems, provides quick access to sales order status, and enhances user accessibility and data actionability.
User-Friendly Financial Tools with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica makes reconciliation and tracking much easier for our financial reporting needs, especially in accounts receivable and payable. Its ease of use stands out for me, particularly when entering and completing invoices and payments. I also enjoy the AP function and incoming document recognition features, which are very helpful. The initial setup was very easy, and it interacts well with our claim software, Origami.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the vendor module we use for payments very complicated and too user reliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for financial reporting, making reconciliation and tracking much easier, especially with the ease of entering and completing invoices and payments.

What do you like best about the product?
It customization and user friendliness, very easy to personalize and trailor to your unique business

No downside, just that selecting a VAR that is a good fit is of the utmost importance

We have 13 legal entities coming from various antiquated systems, being able to conduct and report on those companies in one single system

All the modules connecting has made entering data so much more fluid

Not being able to see the deferrals for multiple invoices prior to posting in one spot on a report

We use the expense module for our company that has helped keep all expenses in one spot instead of having to import from a vendor

It is very customizable. Through that every business can get the information that they need.

Sometime integrations can be very time consuming.

They are working hard to keep things up to date with technological inovations. They are always adding features that customers need.

All of the partners/third parties that can plug into Acumatica seamlessly to aid in any field of buisness.

The customization leaves something to be desired, by some of the previews of updates to come look promising for the future. Also some of the load times are a bit long.

Tying in sales, invoicing, shipping data, and work project data into one system eliminates the need for a lot of outside support, making day to day operations simpiler.

it has significat slowness with some processes. It is hard to configure on your own

Acumatica replaced a 30 year old erp. so new functionlity and new type of analysis like P&L by customer or cost by function (subaccounts)
