Acumatica ERP Empowering Users
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is simple, yet powerful and quite user friendly. I have been using Acumatica for about 2 weeks now, but already have a reasonable understanding of how the modules I use work. The data is also accessible via generic inquiries that allow me to better review and analyze our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good; however, It would be great to be able to connect directly to the data tables. Even though the generic inquiries are incredible, it would be even better to connect directly to the tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to build in efficiencies and automation of reporting as well as dashboarding. Ultimately, I am doing my best to use the data in Acumatica to provide timely insights and analysis in order to make the best business driving decisions.

AP Automation, using AI to convert PDF's from email directly to bills

Nothing at this point, will review R2 and communicate to support/technical

Automation, which will save time and money.

ACM runs slow sometimes when entering in invoice #s, doesnt register right away

the ease of use and intuitive design make Acumatica a dream to work with

The only downside which is not really a downside but just as I was getting used to some features Boom! Acumatica follows up with even more feature on their next relesae . The product is always evolving ,which is a good thing!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
from a sales standpoint the disconnect from Sales activity to the ERP activity has always been a struggle but with Acumatica having the ERP & Sales activity in one spot makes it some much easier for me to manage my clients
Acumatica - making life easier
What do you like best about the product?
We have gone live with Acumatica for over two now. We love the functionality and ability to customize this platform for our business. Acumatica is always improving the system and welcomes comments from their end users to improve the system. The new releases include suggestions from users to help us make the system better and more functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was steep at first in 2018 but it is much easier to navigate the system now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much easier to find information on the system and answer questions for managers and supervisors. Our users enjoy the ability to find information quickly.
Intuitive software
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is incredibly intuitive and can be implemented to improve a wide variety of business processes that many other software require multiple third party enhancements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The large amount of customization options and user rights can make implementation a long technically difficult process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to provide great a great product that fulfills all of my clients business process needs.

sometimes documentation is lacking. luckily we have a great partner to help. and the Acumatica community is growing

-Upgraded our accounting system that is outdated for our business
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look no further, this is the best mid-sized ERP system out there! I've used Sage 50, 500, MS GP/Dynamics, SAP, Peoplesoft. Acumatica is the best system i've used to date.

Easy to use and easy to learn. Powerful tools to analyze the data and good integration between the modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many steps to finish a process. Could be more simple.

Organize the inventory and the sales team more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good system, easy to use, and reliable. The modules are well integrated and offer different tools for users. The dashboard is easy to modify and personalized.
