Opportunity Management is one of the best around
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports do not load quickly, depending if it is a large number of records. This could be an issue with internet or an issue with how Acumatica is implemented, not sure.

Great ERP System
What do you like best about the product?
You can customize to fit your company's needs. Easy to maneuver,learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating GI's or knowing how to select certain tables to create Gi's can be a little confusing if you do not have an IT background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all your information in one program is great. There are not multiple platforms that need to be used. Everything is in Acumatica which helps with business processes, transparancy, and making our processes more effiecient
Nice product, wish it was a little less clunky though

Web Service Endpoints work well, making integrations really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our users really struggle with the clunky interface, also it is C# would prefer a non compiled language to work with. Also makes it play funny with the JSON

We integrate a lot of custom apps, and it has saved us thousands of hours in order entry

Lots of features and not entirely user friendly, but lots of potential and very powerful

Its operating system is reasonably good. If you find some question it does seem to be fairly helpful. It is repeatedly proven to still be extremely easy for some information to re-enter. Amendments are very simple to produce. Projecting demands and supply seems to be the quickest thing. With the aid of generic steering column inquiries everything always makes our decision-making power faster. This saves a lot of our energy and valuable resources for knowledge collection and planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really I have not experienced any big Acumatica issue. Nothing is to dislike about all of this. Time registration system is now the only thing that needs to be fixed. The powerful department requires some improvements and maintenance. Or else it does a really great job.

It provides outstanding services by providing clear visibility in any and all customer contact, including post-sales and after-sales client service payment systems. Both have made it so easy for the entire squad to look at a venture within their own place, including reporting and Bayes as well as customisable queries.

It's really fair I pricing and it's simple to start and execute I think it's a perfect option for modest and small biz installations, it can actually transform your tech issues into electronics tube and mix so much change to the method that will function like bigger businesses.

It has made convenient for us to deal with our data sheets, the work which was done manually especially for the procurement of material, was very hectic, but with Acumatica we are sure that our work history will not only be safe but we can track back a certain process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its installation requires sometime and makes your system slow, so there is some problem in its start up. It mobile application lacks some features which are available on the desktop version. Also when compare the market, it price is not so competitive.

Acumatica is an ERP system that helps to manage your various departments, your investment, and helps in streamlining your operations. It will influence every corner of your organization. You don’t have to worry about spending time in finding the right information about the client and generate receipt and invoices.

I will however recommend it to large setups. For small setups it is not a good solution, due to price and because small organizations are not so diverse in nature, that why they would least be effected by it. But before making up your mind you can get some experience on its free trail.

Its interface is good enough. If you come across any problem, then it seems to be helpful enough. It is proved to be easier enough for re-entering details. It is super easy to make amendments. It is the easiest way of projecting demands and supply. It makes our decision making power faster with the help of dashboard generic inquiries. It saves much of our efforts and precious time for collecting information and coordination.

Some reports are difficult to customize. Some of its features need to have deep understanding. Initially it is found to be difficult in signing up. Otherwise it is handling and fulfilling all our requirements with huge ease. Nothing ever disappointed me.

It has brought a great revolution in our working system with its positive transformation. Its dashboards remains active all the time as it is available on our cell phones and keep us alert by enabling us to have look on our important data. So in this way it runs business smoothly. I would say this is excellent ERP for midsize business. I love the generic inquiries of this software the most. Its simplest deployment is likeable indeed. Its efficient team always remains active to provide sufficient assistance related to deployments along with other errors and updates. This is the robust and advanced tool in order to customize reports so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly I haven't encountered any major problem with Acumatica. There is nothing to dislike about this. The only thing needs to be improved is the Time Card system. Its efficient team needs to have some enhancements and attention. Otherwise it is really doing a great job.

I love the overall easy to use and highly polished interface. It is found to be super helpful in running various kinds of reports. Templates as well as copying features have gone my favorite. No complication occurs during its set up. It generates powerful results if it is set up effectively.

I would recommend this awesome tool to other companies if they want to have perfect invoicing and sales. It offers you all solid interface options. I love its consistent screens. What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica Cloud ERP is helping us to get rid of all the financials reporting system that was done manually but now with this tool we are becoming more professional in generating our finance reports and also in dealing with accounts handling. It has made customer relation management so easy and reliable for us. We are ready every time to entertain our clients with right piece of information because this tool has managed our key works like invoicing sales funnel so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it generates good reports but sometimes it does not process them fast. Its email system could be more efficiently integrated and also I really wish if they could provide templates. Sometimes its mobile application does not work as effectively as it works on the system.

It provides remarkable customer Service by offering full visibility into all customer interactions, which involves pre sales and after sales customer contact services. When it comes to procurement department we are now generating good reporting then previous, which were done manually.

I still feel a gap in its reporting it should be more organized also the integrated between production and sales order should be over looked. Initially it is difficult to use because dashboard is equipped be so many icons and you may find it messy it should has the option to hide those features, which we do not use.

Your customers are your backbones, without them you cannot move I am very much satisfied by Acumatica which allowed us to Manage the quotes automatically in very short time , we do not have to out the same client data gain and again. We never got late in our delivery time periods it provides us notifications.

It is very reasonable I pricing and easy to start and implemented I think it is a great sources for moderate and small business setups, you can really convert your tech problems into tech solution and bring so much modification to your process that could work like bigger organizations.

Acumatica is easy and intuitive to use, especially for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were bugs initially, but Acumatica technical support was quick to help find the root cause and resolve the issues promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all of our legacy systems through acquisitions into one single system. Now we are on a single chart of accounts which has vastly improved our accounting and reporting needs.
