Cloud ERP that is great for midsize businesses with friendly licensing
What do you like best about the product?
A well integrated set of ERP application that are read to use without much customizations if you are one of the verticals that Acumatica is focused on (Construction, Manufacturing, etc). Also the pricing / licensing options is suited for mid market to small cap companies that makes it better than other Cloud ERP from larger vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizations are not easy and it is not well suited if you are interested in deploying one instance of the ERP across branch offices that span multiple countries.Lastly, the mobile app has limited functionality compared to web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud ERP instance that is accessible from any device with web or mobile with options for accounting,PO management, HR, reporting and some supply chain management through a single integrated application.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good set of full integrated Cloud ERP application that is great for mid to small size business but if you are looking for Cloud ERP where you need to customize and deploy across borders, use one of the larger vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
The software and technologies layers are separate. This allows for technology to be upgraded/improved without creating issues with the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we are in the implementation stage, I have not found anything to dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will be simplifying and enriching our backend software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Acumatica has industry specific modules that will handle any business needs.
A robust and easy to use product.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Acumatica is web based so that I can access the information from almost anywhere. The search functionality allows for quick access of modules making the work flow very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multi browser function not available. I primarily use Google Chrome for my browser however Acumatica does not work well within this browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many company processes have been streamlined, invoice flow has evolved from email chains to a process that can be tracked and monitored. Overall company productivity has increased from the ease of access.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Attending a presentation and you wont be dissatisfied. Acumatica has a lot to offer and ease of implimenting it into your organization is much easier than you may think,

Acumatica is user friendly and self explanatory as far as doing basic steps. The demos have been extremely helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One dislike would be the issues when opening multiple screens sometimes causes force logouts or functionality becomes unavailable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The imports have reduced time being pent on certain task making us more efficient in the workplace.

Exporting and importing abilities, support, and GI customization features

Custom report writer, missing some standard construction reports.

Efficiency - the old software didn't have the functionality that we need

The trace feature -- helps you see what's going wrong right away.

Error messages are just as cryptic as Microsoft's!

Problems solved: faster invoice generation. Benefits: consistent invoice formatting, single point of ar/ap.

Acumatica's strength is that it is totally integrated. You dont need other products, just Acumatica!
What do you dislike about the product?
How about payroll for us Canadians please!

We are still implementing. But it will solve our multicurency issues.

Use a VAR for structured implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based, licensing is very affordable and we have visibility from anywhere in the world. We use the distribution module and have implemented many dashboards and tools for reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the company is growing very rapidly, I have a concern that the items we bring up for innovation will take longer and longer for Acumatica to get started and deliver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved, software freezing up, we have solved visiblity, we have solved sales pricing .
A reliable cloud solution for a light manufacturing business
What do you like best about the product?
I can sign in from anywhere and help my team deliver on our our business goals and customers' needs. The data architecture is fairly easy to read and write, and I can customize tables, dashboards, and reports with little to no code.
What do you dislike about the product?
If two people are working on the same form and they save before you, your data is lost without an option to download the form. The field service module does not encourage a simple workflow and numerous forms are required to complete the end to end process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manufacturing and inventory controls that are directly tied to financials. We reduced the number of systems and offline spreadsheets which has improved communication and cut down on bottlenecks.

Easy to use user interface, great tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, great system all around. Wish I had it sooner.
