What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has a lot of features, and it's very versatile as the core of the company's ERP
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not really End User friendly for set-up, it is not a system where you can self learn, you will need an experience consultant to set up the system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using one system for all our company's needs

When implementing Acumatica for construction especially roofing company, it is important to have someone who is fully dedicated to the project

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is a financial intelligence that has all the features to adapt to all the needs of your business model, as ERP software offers a lot of calculation methods such as fund and project accounting, tax management, fixed assets management, expense tracking and more functions that will help you take financial control of your entire organization, has a cost that fits perfectly those companies that are growing and offers a truly enjoyable user experience thanks to its technical support
What do you dislike about the product?
Among the negative things that Acumatica has we find its interface that although it has a negative design makes it look complicated in fact any user that does not have a previous experience can get lost among so many functions and this without a doubt makes learning difficult, the inventory control and e-commerce integration functions need an update since its operation is not the most optimal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the company's finances has always been a quite difficult task however since we use Acumatica we have seen how many of our problems such as inventory control, expense management, invoicing, enterprise resource planning and distribution have been solved and this has been of utmost importance for us as we know how to take a good financial management is crucial for the success of an organization and with Acumatica we have achieved it in many aspects

Acumatica is a very complete ERP platform in fact it is a software that is acquiring leadership and that is ahead of the future thanks to its great number of functions and integration in addition Acumatica counts on a scheme of prices perfectly adaptable to small and medium companies and this a powerful reason for which to recommend Acumatica like software enterprise resource planning

What do you like best about the product?
Our controller likes the way that the accounting side is set up but I don't have much experience with that (I am mostly working in the order entry and shipping side.). Accounting, inventory, order entry, and shipping all on one is nice.

I appreciate the ability to have multiple types of orders (sales order, return orders...)
What do you dislike about the product?
The order entry, shipping, and customer portal are all quite cumbersome. Their "device hub" software for printing does not work on Macs so it is an annoying process to print packing slips and shipping labels.

I wish all of the order entry fields were visible at once instead of having to go through different tabs.

Some of the international shipping carrier integrations generate forms that could cause customs problems, we have brought this up to Acumatica and they don't seem to understand or care that they are incorrect.

The auto packaging function only takes total volume into account, (not length, width, and height) which is not useful unless you are shipping water or something that will conform to the box size...

The customer portal is very rudimentary, basically just a catalog. You can't see a photo of the product until you actually click on it, which can be confusing if you have multiple products with similar SKUs like we do. Many of our customers have complained that it is difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get our inventory and accounting systems to match up more closely than we could in our last system. Accounting, inventory, order entry, and shipping all on one.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is a comprehensive cloud-based ERP system which offers a large number of tools and automated features that aim to improve and control the workflow of your organization from a single point, among the most positive points of Acumatica we find the number of methods it offers for costing, an interface with extremely simple navigation, powerful tools for reporting with high degrees of accuracy, a browser-based application that facilitates the use of mobile devices, is a very flexible software that easily adapts to any type of organization to conclude the software also gives you capabilities such as visualization of CRM data
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica can be complicated software the costs of the licenses, the costs of the plans are confusing and expensive, I would like that they simplified a little more the personalization of the end user, it is not the most intelligent software to manage investments, it has scarce options of support and many of the tools that this program offers have certain level of difficulty, it needs to have more integrations to improve the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica's problem solving capabilities are truly impressive. It has allowed us to control all of our workflow from one location and see our performance through all of the information gathered by this intelligent program which is perfectly suited to our type of industry
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Acumatica firstly because it is a really flexible software that adapts to the operation of any type of organization then we have the fact that it is a powerful software to take control of all your finances and inventory of the company, this allows companies to have a more optimal workflow and achieve better results, Acumatica's cost structures are somewhat confusing and sometimes can be even expensive that is why I would recommend to analyze well all your plans

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica offers sophisticated functionalities that propose an optimal growth to the company that decides to use its digital facilities within its platform, one of the characteristics that call the attention of most of the users that are registered, is that it maintains a diverse accounting of all the executed projects and that they are ready for the economic processes and of use to the virtual public, highlighting that equally I love this application due to its solid reports in relation to the sales and the financial environment that a company maintains, in order to determine its progress or the situations that flow in those precise moments of its work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica seems to present errors in its programmed communication channels, precisely for the sending of previous reports of some situation, since it is worth mentioning that it presents non-conformities in these areas, including that it lacks its functions to visualize data for the analysis of the production and adequate structuring of these documents to be transferred to different points in an organization, which means a problem of a remarkable nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use Acumatica for multiple purposes in the various areas of our organization, whether for all our project management needs, general accounting in the areas of commerce that we execute frequently, for explicit and positive results and decrease loss, and a coherent and significant system of CRM, in all departments that we acquire, highlighting that since the beginning of its implementation we have had potential results, thanks to its extensive planning in areas of business resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Acumatica is a perfect system for organizations with medium and relatively small sizes, since thanks to its functionalities it employs an objective to guarantee the potential growth of these companies with fully visible results from the beginning of its implementation, mostly for corporations, which need highly integrated operations and many modules internally, highlighting that it can be adapted to any business environment in which it is proposed to work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica very much because it is an intuitive platform on which I can generate solid financial reports, keep track of projects and receivables, plus I can accurately track the expenses generated by each project, it is highly automated and allows for a fast and productive workflow, Acumatica also collects information that allows you to see the performance of their systems from a single location, it is very simple to manage inventory using this program you can manage and track without problems each item in the inventory, gives you the ability to connect remotely through any device and location with this you can monitor your business operations 24 hours a day
What do you dislike about the product?
The negative things you can find in Acumatica are firstly depends on third party add-ons if you implement ERP in manufacturing and distribution companies, has a high learning curve because it has a lot of methods to calculate costs and this is not especially for a person who is starting to manage finances, the prices of their plans may vary and some are extremely expensive, the management for field services is not very good still needs to improve a little more to be a solid application in this function
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software has given my organization the ability to manage our inventory and keep accounting for all our projects such as refunds, accounting reports and expenses, has also been very effective in tracking our inventory and sales, the truth is that Acumatica has been a great tool when accounting needs arise, with it we have managed to grow and improve our performance and our sales, now we use it throughout our company as we have invested in training our entire organization in the world of finance
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Acumatica to any organization that wants to manage its finances effectively and safely, is a software designed especially for business world is a program that has an intuitive platform that facilitates the work of your entire company, powerful to generate reports, manage inventory and track expenses that arise in each project, would not recommend Acuamatica for distribution and manufacturing companies because it depends on third party add-ons to implement ERP and finally has an unusual price structure that forces us to investigate much is their different plans
