Stabilized - now how to Accelerate?
What do you like best about the product?
We haven't come across a key business process that we haven't been able to tackle in Acumatica. Easy to get the basics and availability of data. Unlimited partner potential. Now that we have it working well (we're in year 5), our focus is on all the ancillary power we are yet to unlock.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some B2C fails like matching payments, refund process, CRM in an ecom environment. Can also be a resource hog - we need a much bigger instance to run our biz than we were originally quoted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First time we've had true integrated accounting, which is key. See ways (the accelerate part) where we can automate processes. In a remote world, you simply need a system this robust to run a biz with any level of complication.

Acumatica Success
What do you like best about the product?
A cloud based system which everyone on our team has access providing actionable data to everyone in the organization,
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all the systems tie together well for better customer experience. Example Business Accounts only show Sales Orders vs SO, Projects and Service Orders. This would be a great one stop solution for sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased transparency and source of truth in one location. We have seen a large financial impact on our business increasing our profits by 6%.
Way happier with Acumatica than Netsuite
What do you like best about the product?
We love that it's user friendly so our employees don't try work arounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I"m not thrilled with the basic looks of the user experience. But it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're just happy to have a fast website again and are no longer restricted in what we can do in marketing.
The open ended ERP Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect all of our other solutions to Acumatica with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM needs more development to meet the customer service standards of an ecommerce company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Netsuite we had to buy multiple modules to do our daily business. With Acumatica they have built in solutions and easy to connect solutions that don't cost an arm and leg... Just an arm.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the switch but give yourself 18 months to get full up and running. This is a great software but be patient and put in the work with your VAR to make sure it's the way your business needs.

Acumatica Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has given out church the global access to data so that we can track our members and connect with them. It has also allowed up to be more efficient with multi-campuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica is missing a calendar function to schedule events and people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have closed the backdoor in missing members of our church that gradually disappear. We can create real time dashboards that give us metric info.
Amazing Cloud ERP
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access of data, easy to use, and ability to transform data to relative information and insights via dashboards

The complexity around user rights and roles
Also, the live support inability to be able to look at the screen at the same time to diagnose the issue

What I kike about Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is solid from the standpoint of it just works. We have a few glitches here and there but it is mainly from customizations we have made.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish device hub was working. The printing scenario is not good.

We have solid financial reporting.
Easy to use and highly configurable xRP Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is an easy to use, highly configurable and easy to customize to meet any business situation. It's intuitive interface makes end user training a breeze. Powerful Generic Inquiries and dashboards provide quick and easy access to critical business data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Development of generic inquiries and custom reports lack a graphical interface to create table joins. The current interface to create tables joins is a little time consuming but it does get the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better visibility for management information. With Acumatica, we have been able to put the right information in the right peoples hand's at the right time.
Easy Transition
What do you like best about the product?
Our transition and implementation was a very positive experience. We had a very short time to go live and I don't think we could have done this with any other platform. Also, we did not have any staff experienced with an ERP implementation but ACM was so user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I can think of that I dislike about ACM. The more I learn the more I like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Organization was using multiple software applications before we transitioned to ACM. We chose to Add the CRM module which gives us total transparency from the minute we receive a lead. The open platform allowed us to build a lab case management app that works directly with ACM.
