flexibility, built for growth and development and integration

user interface is too click dependent and redundant. expected a little simpler engagement

Still in implementation phase. Developing the Manufactoring module, specifically the procut configurator has been tricky.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
simplify infterface, reduce clicks. manage data updates cleaner

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based with and excellent search function. I like that it can be configured to the individual business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting sysem is complicated. The configurator is difficult to build and implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking inventory and detailed reporting.

User friendly navigating. It's nice to be able to customize it to my company's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to delete a transaction once posted. I have an accounting background and understand years ago this was a "no-no" but with today's technology audit trails should be used for correcting deleted transaction in error.

Automating communication with our suppliers. Automating communications with our customers.

I love how easy it is to set up and customize the system.

We were having issues with the import, doing all entities at once, we have worked through the issue and now works great

Ease of customization and reporting is very important to our business and out of the box functionality continues to improve.

The Acumatica mobile app is pretty old and needs updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving many problems with Acumatica, speed of quoting is probably the most important.

I would recommend giving it a serious look for its flexibility and robustness.

I love that is very user friendly. They also have great add-in options that make it even more streamlined.

I think the hardest thing is fixing an error once an item has been released.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, especially coming off non web based applciations such as MAS500 and/or Great Plains

The lack of information on import/export using data providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a web based application has made it easier with user connectivity. Also, we are unique in that we had multiple ERP's due to acquisitions, and being able to bring on new acquisitions without additional hardware/licenses.

It can start to crash if multiple users are on at a time

Currently solving how to build dashboards. Benefits will be great for everyone at the company
