What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is very user friendly. I love the drag and drop feature so that support is stored in Acumatica instead of all over the place. We have had a lot of turnover in our department but all our new employees have picked it up seamlessly. It also integrates with the Procore system, which makes everyone's lives easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am in finance and I wish that doing recurring journal entries was easier and less clunky. I would save me a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica streamlines our project based accounting by integrating with Procore. My accounting staff all love it and find it easy to use. It produces trustworthy data, which is important.
User-Friendly and Collaborative, Needs Invoicing Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customer-focused Acumatica is and how it helps our team communicate better and work better together. It's really user-friendly and puts all our information into one place. I really value the CRM, the production order maintenance, and approval capabilities, which are essential for our manufacturing, accounting, and sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the ability to do different types of invoicing from other sections other than projects. I also think it needs to add more proforma or billing options to our customers.

Acumatica puts all our information into one place, is user-friendly, and helps our team communicate and work better together.

Automation Capabilities. It's a very good system which allows our company to automate processes which in our legacy system was manual

Empowers Data Centralization and Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use and how easy it is to customize Acumatica. I enjoy the dashboards and Generic Inquiries, and I appreciate the centralize visibility customized per viewer. The flexibility and ease of use are major pluses compared to what I experienced with Sage. The initial setup was also fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customization in the dashboards to centralize items not used in Acumatica. I would like to link to outside resources that we use that are not in Acumatica.

Acumatica centralizes data and reporting, enhancing visibility per viewer. It's easy to use and customize, and I enjoy the dashboards and Generic Inquiries for better insight.
I love fully integrated ERP systems.

It takes a little bit to get used to. After that it is great.
