What do you like best about the product?
for me Acumatica is very user friendly, the evolving no code coding makes it easy to customize the system to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
user security rights are very complicated to set

Acumatica has forced us to use proper business processes in our company

i've used other ERP systems in my 20+ years in the manufacturing and aerospace industries I've worked in. Acumatica is the most user freindly and easily customizable systems I've worked with.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of this information can live in one place, I love that it creates a professional layout for a simple Purchase order, and that it works for all the differnt groups, from the production side, our sales team, to purchasing, and AP.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I would like to see more back doors, as a production site and someone who purchases from other vendors, I would like to house more info to automate choices rather than have to type in data all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an excellent place to store stock item prices for the year from many vendors. We use on our production side a lot of Lot tracked items and different serial numbers. It is also a great tool to track inventory. I believe there are some changes we could make on our end to streamline this with Acumatica, like a scanner with QR codes for our produced items. (I understand there is a TMS available, and I believe this would be valuable in the future the more our fleet of drivers continues to grow.

What do you like best about the product?
The customizability of the platform. My organization's primary use case for Acumatica is Time and Billing. That said, everything beyond that immediate use case that we have thrown at has run without issue. Complicated commission account, payment collections, notification campaigns, it can do it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica is not very forgiving when it comes to unmanaged coding practices. Additionally, any 3rd party support vendors, in our experience, typically do not adhere to Acumatica's defined coding standards. That said, that shortfall can be corrected by licensing Acumatica's Premier Support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Acumatica primarily for time and billing. We are also using it for project tracking and coding a custom Commission Accounting feature. We have realized a host of "lost" revenue based on poor time logging practices.

it is easy to use and understand the product.

the customizing report is a little difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we used to use QuickBooks before and changed to Acumatica manufacturing edition. QuickBooks' limitation was tracking the cost. with Acumatica, it is much better.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica's cloud solution and its partners have allowed us to maintain business continuity during the last 14 months. While other companies were challenged with the changing business environment, we were able to continue as usual and implement new solutions. Acumatica's partnerships and ease of integration improved functionality during a brand new company launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the system changes require multiple updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep our IT department to a minimum and allow users to make needed changes without lots of intervention from other team members. This is a time saver for all.

What do you like best about the product?
The training was not death by Powerpoint. These were real-life scenarios with system experts who could answer questions with very valid and accurate answers!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much of a dislike as it is a request for more guidance for relevant courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business uses Acumatica daily. It was great to learn about additional ways to capitalize usage of Acumatica.

What do you like best about the product?
Really love the user interface. Everything is so simple to find. Just being able to click through and dig in deeper makes it much easier than my previous software.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found any many flaws to point out. There are some very small data enter things that could be improved up - such as when searching for something and it is highlighted and you tab or press enter it doesn't keep it - you have to click on it or type it out. That's about a big of an issue I have right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous software was not cloud based so just switching to cloud based has been such a great benefit. We are only using financials and easily linked it into our reporting software but we are using some of the basic reports that are in the system and adapting them to the reporting that we need which is saving us a lot of time and giving us some flexibility we didn't have before when looking at a statement and now being able to click into it and see the source transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Its browser-based user experience (UX) is excellent, with a feature-rich environment accessible via an intuitive user interface (UI)
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't charge per user. its pricing structure is very different from what other ERP software companies offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ERP, general ledger accounting, and inventory management.

What do you like best about the product?
Browser-based access to one version of the truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing CRM functions could have more meaningful integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Acumatica, I had a number of spreadsheets and spent a lot of time manually reporting and then sending emails about said reports. With Acumatica, activities can be tracked at the contact level, tasks can be assigned for follow-up to fellow users, and there is a long history on the relationship in one centralized area (as opposed to inboxes, notes or info that simply leaves when an employee leaves). This centralized intelligence makes a better customer experience with less time required by the organization.

Streamlined Processes

What do you like best about the product?
We have been on Acumatica since the fall of 2020. While it took us a bit to get it going, we have found that it streamlines processes and allows staff to focus on more important things. The reporting functions are falling into place, and data provides visibility into items we did not have information on before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process was slow and painful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my particular role, I find that the visibility into customer history and inventory are the most important features that I use on a daily basis.
