What do you like best about the product?
ERP Cloud based, I can access it from anywhere.

Some of the help references are too generic

Acumatica is solving the problem of data being presented nicely and cleaning in a software system
System is amazing. still learning its capabilities.

Im really liking It's capabilites and reporting.

Reporting needs to be more user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Great way to track inventory and keep financials up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Modifying reports and access can be complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking inventory and invoicing customers.
Acumatica has improved our processes in the Supply Chain aspect.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Acumatica is how I am able to access data on the go. I could be traveling or at home, I can access inmportant information via Phone or Laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any dislikes as I am able to customize the dashboard as needed, get the data and KPIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has made the use of excel sheets and other forms almost nonexcistent. We are able to do all we need from payroll and account, manufacturing & supply chain through Acumatica.
It is a great system but a bit interface could be more intuitive for new users
What do you like best about the product?
No downtime. Easy access. Support has been good and plays well with other 3rd party applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes needs refresher on where things are if they are not commonly used.

Purchasing project is being worked on. Serves as our accounting system.
Data Visibility When You Need It
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to pull our company's data in smany ways and visualize it appropriately for the people that use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does require at least one user with mid to higher level technical skills. Once set up the average user can use easily, but creating GIs and dashboard tiles requires technical knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating our retail and distribution data into a single platform to allow acccess to all of our data in one view.
Change is difficult
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of it. Many options to customize what I need to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation of the payroll portion has been really difficult.

Project accounting is becoming easier to track.
