fantastic webbased software that is always up to date
What do you like best about the product?
Web based, great open access to all of your data. Easily accessible in Excel through Velixo Excel add in
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. Company is always coming out with new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation of our data to be able to quickly and easily see our financial reports and analyze our financials.

Opportunity to connect, reflect and grow
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is accessible and convenient. It can be accessed at any time and at any place. It allows us to grow and keep up with trends and technology. As our company continues to grow so does Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some downsides to Acumatica is that it's not always all inclusive. Sometimes to get the features and reports that will enhance the company, there must be customizations which means more money spent. Additionally, sometimes not all questions are answered because Acumatica doesn't have the capability yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is solving the problem of reducing the cost and use of paper. Acumatica also helps us minimze all the third party softwares becuase we can access everything we need in one site.

What do you like best about the product?
AP automation--I like that we can capture invoice pics and also have approval through the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not integrated easily with Ach payments. There are also some lookups that are harder than I think they should be--eg transactions by vendor

Automation, getting rid of paper approvals

What do you like best about the product?
Data is real time and available to all that need it. It helps drive decisions and all the automated process's frees up time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are highly customized, which is great.. but the upgrades can be difficult with the additional testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manufacture products and distribute them to retails stores and direct to customer. Acumatica helps us have reliable data around inventory and costs for producing products that tie directly into the financials.

Some of the reporting calculations do not always align with needs.

First and foremost, Acumatica has brought us into the 21st century. The access and seamless connections are amazing!

We need more stuff like Summit 2024 - there are so many features and goodies!

We just implemented and we are hopeful but there seem to be some difficulties viewing COGs.

Early in implementation,bur the software is very robust.

Many pages and queries have hotlinks to ease navigation to related data.

We sometimes experiance sysatem delays when procesing data.

I enjoy all the different modules and visibility. Having access right at your fingertips has been a major success for our company and organization.

There seems to be different areas that's all lead back together if we could just see everything with one click at times would be helpful.
