Informative Conference
What do you like best about the product?
We just went live less then 3 weeks ago , so I don't really feel I can answer this quesrtion
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to be overly complicated. Too many steps in order to accomplish anything

Intergrating payroll and accounting to help get a better handle on our billing

Helping company through the processes
What do you like best about the product?
They really helped our company improve our processes throughout our business

It's a lot to learn so there are growing pains it's a full company change
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple different systems and double entry- Acumatica will put all of that into one place company wide
Acumatica has transformed our ability to use data
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is user friendly, easy to customize and ever evolving
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation was difficult, there are some integration issues with Canadian entities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time tracking, expense mgmt
User Friendly.

Acumatica can be modify to the user's need.

Report making is not user friendly since the user needs to know how to do the queries.

Not understanding which tables to use in GI

Reporting to the field. Dashboards provide data needed for the Field Mgrs.

Acumatica allows our company the ability to customize the system to our business by using other type specific products.

Implementation is not fun, we cannot wait to start using the product!

Relatively easy to use. I am a newer user and it was easy to learn.

Some of the data does not carry through.

Calculating landed costs and available to distibute those across multiple items.

Ability to access data faster and create custom reports to help make better decisions.

Having to upgrade yearly to a new build or version takes up a lot of valuable time with testing and diagnosing issues that could potentially occur with our different connections.

Customer service resolution. Ability to help our customers quicker and convert sales.

Easy of use. Every page functions the same. Once you learn the basics, it's easy to work through any function you need.
