ACUMCATICA REVIEW
What do you like best about the product?
THE ABILITY TO KEEP ALL COMPANY INFORMATION IN ONE PLATFORM. THE ABILITY TO CUSTOMIZE DASHBOARDS AND REPORTS IS INVALUABLE. IT IS A FAIRLY EASY TO USE SYSTEM FOR NEW USERS
What do you dislike about the product?
THE SYSTEM CAN BE VERY SLOW. COWORKERS TEND TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE INFORMATION NOT SAVING PROPERLY OR RUNNING INTO BUGS WITHIN THE SYSTEM. THERE ARE SOME LIMITATIONS TO THE SYSTEM THAT HINDER BUSINESS PRACTICES.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HELPS TO HAVE ALL BUSINESS FACITS INTO ONE SYSTEM INSTEAD OF BEING ACROSS SEPARATE SYSTEMS (IE. QUICKBASE, FSM, ETC). HELPS WITH INVENTORY AND ACCOUNTING PRACTICES.

Acumatica/Traild
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize Acumatica to your business process is fast and easy with the support of your ISV. The vast amount of APIs allows products like Traild, our AP processing tool, to be quickly and seamlessly implemented with limited resources internally. For example, Traild took about 16 hours for Riley Sales to define process rules and test the new tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the numerous amounts of customizations we have elected to make, the resource requirements are tremendous for testing upgrades. We always seem to miss something that impacts us the first day we upgrade. It is always quickly addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data transparency and speed to complete tasks for our team's daily responsibilities have generated free time to focus on value-added responsibilities. API to bring all of our data sets together to work off one version of the truth has enabled us to launch an e-commerce site and marketplace.
Easy to learn and use
What do you like best about the product?
the amount of reports and report designing you can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least helpful is the links between sales orders / and pricing worksheets. It would be handy if they were at least synced to make customer pricing easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old system was archaic and hard to navigate as a dos-based system. If we entered something wrong, it was a pain to correct it. Acumatica makes things like that simple.

Helps keep track of Job progress and what needs to be done

All of the set up takes a while, but I guess that with any system.

Time management
Acumatica... Very flexible, user-friendly and powerful ERP solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is an incredible and robust tool that makes it easy to manage expenses. It is very easy to get the basic and availability of data. Great customer support team, very helpful and reliable always. Acumatica can be customized for efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge is Acumatica is not available in some countries across the World.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very effective, efficient and reliable. It makes accounting processes easier and faster compared to other alternatives. I love the fact that it is cloud-based which makes it super easy to access from anywhere anytime.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it is beneficial when it comes to reporting on the inventory management side, and the transaction history is also beneficial
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for me will be when it comes to the transaction history of none serialized items, which are not easy to report on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to what we used to have for stock management and reporting, I think Acumatica has benefited me in stock take and order management.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is a digital platform that provides excellent management concepts, where customers' rights are well maintained and their satisfaction enhanced. Further, Acumatica ensures customers are consistently informed and new ideas are deployed to match the demands for managerial processes. Acumatica brings sustainable prices, and this attracts customers from all walks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica has extra services and features, which all call for substantial assistance and a proper support system. However, working with Acumatica is the most operational step any company can embrace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is a projective management platform that allows firms to increase their work plan and customer satisfaction. More so, Acumatica has extra assistance in pricing matters, where effortless business structures are collectively managed. Lastly, Acumatica has ERP integration with competent monitoring structures.
Experience Using and Implementing Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica offers a very modern interface that is both intuitive and elegant. Dashboards are easy to configure for each user or role in the company. Report creation is simple and powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more capability to add/edit rich text in customer-facing documents like quotes and invoices. Customer facing documents are very configurable however, notes, details and other information displayed on these documents could present better with rich text (bullets, spacing, and the ability to add pre-formated descriptive text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is connected, from CRM to field operations, to inventory, to office back-end. Dashboards offer a complete view of what's going on and are easily configurable when business requirements or employee rolls change.
Acumatica the Cloud ERP
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface, but powerful. Scalable, cloud-based ERP that is customizable, offers many valuable integrations, and API abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple 3rd party integrations and customizations add some complication to administration and add to the amount of effort required with yearly upgrades.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has provided us with a scalable ERP solution that allows us to exist in a shared database (shared customers, vendors, parts, etc.) but to utilize separate ledgers in a multi-branch environment. Acumatica is the platform that allowed our multiple businesses to come together and function as one allowing us to easily and efficiently function in a single ERP.
A very modern ERP with great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a modern ERP with the modules that are needed to operate any kind of company and improve efficiencies for everyone. It's easy to use and has a great interface, plus the connectivity is something many other ERPs dream of. It's also an ERP that keeps developing and improving itself and listens to its customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the payroll module could use a bit more work, they're not too far from having a very good payroll module, which most other ERPs don't even worry about.

E-commerce solutions and integration with shipping carriers.
