Professional Services Consultancy Practice
What do you like best about the product?
Fully integrated financials with time and expenses management. Unlimited user licensing means that all members of the team get meaningul access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mobile application is looking dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined billing of customer projects now takes much less time with far fewer errors making their ways through to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is easy to use and across our group of busineesses and gives us total visibility of where we are through the month on all our ptojects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm looking forward to the new UI and calandar boards. I hope this brings a more modern look to the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica allows us to manage our customer projects and understand our financial position through the month to manage our output and delivery.

It is not solving problems yet; just creating more problems.

What do you like best about the product?
The technology platform is the best out there. The business processes in our edition (Construction) has a ton of features out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment! We have only had to make minor changes to make it work for us.

We are still having connector challenges with our retail platform Shopify.

Connector is coming together for ecommerce. Inventory challenges from a retail angle is also being considered.

The cuatomization availability via Generic Inquieres.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar options for Generic Inquieres with @ options. We need one for business week start and end.

Acumatica is great for growing companies
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can work from anywhere and integrate so many processes. It is intuitive for the most part. The Support system is very robust, and I love that the Acumatica Community can help you to solve just about any issue you can think of. The platform is flexible and can be used across a variety of businesses. The robustness of APIs that can be used to link to Acumatica is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fixed Assets module can be improved in terms of functionality and reporting. I do wish that more can be done for the fuel distribution industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating the reporting for multiple businesses on a common platform. We are also able to integrate operational information into the financial ERP. This allows both operations and finance to be on the same page.
Endless Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
That it is easy to use and train employees. Easy to add customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited companies using certain modules/screens. Sometimes hard to get answers to questions relating to those modules/screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is allowing all departments (eventually) to be on the same system, providing visability across the board to the executive team.
