Slow, bulky, un-secure and produced bad code
What do you like best about the product?
There are many users and suppliers that claim they know how to use it well. And once used properly it is not too complicated to operate by an un-skilled user. Mostly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It uses outdated tech to produce culttered sites with bad html that is, as opposed to what evedryone is saying, not SEO friendly and not accessible. It is riddled with plugins that promise the world but seldom deliver. Not to mention the need to update a version every other week in order no to be exposed to security risks. It's hard to integrate with modern CDNs and requires all kinds of hacks in order to get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lacking SSH access
Unfortunately, following both Jetware's Usage Instructions and AWS' Connection instructions failed to enable connection to a running instance. Tried all forms of the IPaddress. Tried with and without the .pem keys. Tried with commonly-used accountNMs. Changed regions and re-installed. Same problem. Can access the web-sites though!
