Intuitive and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
When I started using Plesk, I was totally new to the software but soon I found that navigating around and setting up and very importantly managing sites was intuitive and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface was relatively clean and the use of icons was good, but I think it can be improved a little. This may have already happened because it's been two years since I used Plesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit to me was a one-stop-shop for managing websites, domains and their security.

Great Web Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Plesk makes web hosting easy to manage with their control panel and reseller tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Plesk is a great web management platform there isn't much I do not like about it. My clients love their control panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi Client management, as well as clients, having an easy place to manage their site files and databases all in one location as well as its ability to integrate with WHMCS
Very simple to manage and create content.

The ease to manage customers and websites/Wordpress versioning
What do you dislike about the product?
When using third party PHP (Cloudlinux, for example), there is a huge redundancy and can cause major issues to website functionality. Plesk should work with CL in order to give more organised option availability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I faced issues with CL PHP and plesk-managed PHP. This is where cPanel is more matured.

It is basically 1-click to everything

Ssh or advance configuration part and other libraries easy to install and to maintain websites
What do you dislike about the product?
So far only for ssh settings not easy, and I like to have more site traffic analysis part

For let's crype certificat, it's easy to use but need to update once a while

What do you like best about the product?
The facility to have everything in your hands to start a business as a Hosting "Reseller". I've worked with Plesk in 2008 and I probably started my career with Plesk. It is also multi-platform ( Windows and Linux ) which means you can attend to all your customer necessities.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time I used Plesk 7 for LInux that comes with QMAIL and it was really a pain manage QMAIL. Fortunately, Plesk changed to Postfix later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Act a Reseller Hosting small business without having all the expertise to manage the infrastructure-related ( IIS, Postfix, Apache, etc ). Plesk facilitated all this process.

Very flexible to install either on Linux or Windows OS

A perfect package for Website development with all the resources required to design.
It's powerful yet simple UI for managing domain and services.
What do you like best about the product?
It's simplicity out of the box. You have a terminal from the admin webpage as well MySQL with PHPMyAdmin, file manager, simple user administration and so on.

Nothing really, it does everything I need.

Perfect control panel for hosting
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is clear and all the menu items are placed smartly. I like the search feature and the ability to extend with extensions.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my almost 10 years of using it, I didn't find any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Plesk for hosting. I can manage all my clients in one dashboard. No need to disturb clients with hosting solutions, I can have everything in one place.

The user interface is intuitive. The ability to manage multiple websites running WordPress (automated updates, backups, scans) is hands down the best in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be sluggish when going back and forth. Some hosting/security features appear to be somewhat hidden. Plesk Helpdesk/Guides are outdated and reference to older versions.

As a managed WordPress provider having the ability to quickly manage client's websites are important. This can be either be updates or rollbacks to a previous state when necessary.
