The reporting features of the Dimentions products really help us sell the value of the products watchguard provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price point is prohibitive for a lot of SME customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly we tackle ransomeware issues with these products.

User friendly, so many futures, good security, automation of tasks,easy licensing

For some futures you need to pay separately even you have top security package

I can't see downsides on my watchguard products all working perfect, can block sites for protect my servers, computers and anothers devices on my office when conected internet

protected when other sites trying to connect to my network and my firewall watchguard can block automatically, and many benefits like a security, connect many offices of the company for vpns

Very reliable, great performance, great value
What do you like best about the product?
For the price, the throughput is better than most competitors. Moving configuration between models is super easy. Firewalls just work how they are configured, without having to power cycle or chase bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike. I wish the Tx0 models had an option to be mounted into a rack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use WatchGuard when we need reliability and advanced security services. We don't have to spend much time troubleshooting after they are installed.

Simplicity and thoroughness. Getting an appliance for almost free when upgrading with services.

Models go End of Sale too soon, would like better pricing on upgrading.

Spamblocker is still simple and you cannot customize the rules or policies by yourself.

You can use the dimension and show out the all problem in your networks , it is so strong tool for network mornitoring.

Watchguard is a great Firewall tool, which helps in an excellent way to maintain our network infrastructure with a high level of security, which allows us to design security policies adapted to our business.

Being a perimeter security tool, I think it can offer much more scalability in protecting against intrusions or attacks from other networks.

While I have used Watchguard, it has allowed me to detect improper intrusion intentions to my network in time, which has allowed me to carry out preventive support to avoid irreparable damage to my network.
