0 SUPPORT, LICENCE PROBLEM
We bought an appDynamics Licence from AWS Market place
and we can't link this licence with our appDynamics account
when we try to create a ticket on the support portal of appDynamics, we have this message "Permission Denied
You are trying to access an AppDynamics Resource but you don't have the required permissions. Sign in with a different user account."
we also contacted the customer service, she don't know how to fix that, and now she is no longer responding.
