What do you like best about the product?
A screen on the left side still offers users a better navigation interface. The colors given as default are nice as well. Compared to other server management tables, it runs quicker. Trial versions are often the most helpful ones and I am still recommend it to others, as it is compatible with Linux and Win.
More on Plesk: First is the price. I have always got cheaper server plans than any other for me and my customers using Plesk.

What do you dislike about the product?
Help for management by various web hosting companies such as WHMCS management, though addon, subdomain, and main domain are considered equal and counted with the same number if you set limits on the number of domains. Though user subscriptions are also complicated. Shift in policies from Obsidian to Plesk Onyx. No sync with other DNS clusters, such as cPanel's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On Plesk servers, I tried to solve several problems, including mail, database, webserver, etc. The benefit I find in Plesk is that it has very strong log support, using which a server administrator can locate and address the root cause of the problems. Plesk also has very strong service manuals which offers different complaints with fixes/solutions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you come for multiple stack hosting growth, then if you come for productivity and have other better choices, then you go for them. For all the good it has, I would suggest it anyway. Not just because of 1 thing that I don't like. The Method Chart was a helpful list for me. While I can see numbers on the utilization of money, I can't bring myself to build on those. I haven't seen the downsides yet.

Hi Plesk is very good tool for hosting website and you do many thing with it.

I was working on plesk approx 7 years there we use to solve website hosting issue. which include mail, dns , ftp and customer account related issue. at last we also used virtuzo which is cloud container.

Plesk is very good product and user/administrator will perfer this product as it is very easy to use and userfriendly.

The user interface is easy to use. Plesk has all the different server options in easy to understand sections ready to be customised.

When you want to do anything that Plesk can't do, can be hard to work out how to make the change or add the server tool you want.

I had used other products before, Plesk was always the best tool I had used as it provided the most flexibility for my needs.

Plesk is easy to use and quick to setup. Best GUI for a Webhosting control panel and lots of configuration and customization options available. The integrated SSL certificate requesting is a really cool feature. Customizable and many available plugins on the marketplace.

What do you dislike about the product?
The migration tools need a bit mature, especially when migrating website(s) from cPanel to Plesk on Windows Host. Otherwise, I have had a really good experience so far. I reached out to support, they are also good and responsive.

Previously we were on third-party hosting and now we have created our own web hosting environment on Azure for us and our customers. Competitive to cPanel and without account based pricing.

Not that many options the cPanel has - missing configserver firewall and mail delivery reports

The price / performance benefit - which you can't get with cPanel that good nowadays.

Do not host large amounts of websites under it, since investor can increase prices or change the pricing model the same as with cPanel
