The price for startups is one of the bigger expenses but it is critical for operations.

We can off-load the managment of Solr to SearchStax.

What do you like best about the product?
SearchStax has helped to improve our search process from prior tools. It provides a more targeted and reliable responses when used
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that we can see at this time. We are always looking to tweak to improve and it is an easy tool to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not getting the hits we expected and the results we expected with our original search engine. Confusing results would be returned for our users, which led to dissatisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at SearchStax is super responsive and actively check in frequently to ensure that the product is being implemented properly. The account managers and technical partners would send periodic emails to do wellness checks if anything was needed. This was a refreshing level of proactive support.
What do you dislike about the product?
No feedback to note. We received the technical support and libraries needed to get started and be succesful.

Searchstax support service can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have Azure search service integrated on our Sitecore apps. But latest sitecore doesn't support Azure search service and we have to integrate Solr . Searchstax is resolving this concern for us.
SearchStax Studio is a winner
What do you like best about the product?
We used SearchStax for our Solr implementation and also learnt about their Search Studio product and have not looked back. We have been searching for a quality product like this for a while - especially one that integrates well with Sitecore - and this product has fulfilled all our requirements and some. I am looking forward to seeing this product grow and drive more business our way. The team there are super friendly and very knowledgeable - every question has been addressed and they are so efficient with their responses. It is a pleasure working with this team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost could be cheaper but that is being very pickie.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a search engine that went the extra mile for our users. Now that everyone is so used to the Google service, they expect the same level from all websites. This product is as good as we will get to that and we are so happy with it.

No free demo option of SearchStudio; while Searxhstax cloud has a gree option the searchstudo does not
