What do you like best about the product?
Reliable letter delivery and excellent analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to request the addition of a feature that allows embedding YouTube videos in emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The free version saves me money, improves letter delivery and communication for a limited number of recipients.

Twilio SendGrid is Very Good for a Basic Email Marketing Service!

What do you like best about the product?
Twilio SendGrid is a good platform for your basic email needs. It allows you to seamlessly create and send emails to your audience and provides detailed analytics, allowing you to easily track opens, clicks, etc. from each send.
What do you dislike about the product?
Twilio SendGrid focuses primarily on email delivery and lacks many of the integrations and automations included in other email marketing platforms. While an email builder is included in this platform, it is not as advanced or customizable as others, leaving you limited on the customizations you can include. While SendGrid offers different pricing plans, the cost quickly adds up as your email volume increases, so if you have a large audience or send volume, you may find a more cost effective solution somewhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing helped us to seamlessly upload pre-made HTML email templates and distribute them to our large audience with high deliverability rates.

You Should Know This About Twilio SendGrid Based on My Experience!

What do you like best about the product?
As a user of Twilio SendGrid, I can attest to the many benefits of using this email marketing application. One of the things I appreciate most is the intuitive and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to create and send professional-looking emails. I also appreciate the flexibility to choose from a variety of pre-designed templates or create my own custom designs. Additionally, the ability to personalize emails using merge tags and segment my email list based on subscriber behavior has helped me to increase engagement and conversions. Finally, the detailed reporting and analytics tools have allowed me to track and measure the success of my campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
Overall, Twilio SendGrid has been a valuable tool for the companies I have worked with, helping them to improve their email marketing efforts and achieve greater success.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I generally find Twilio SendGrid to be a valuable email marketing application, one area for improvement could be the email builder. While it is user-friendly and customizable, I have found it somewhat limiting in terms of design options and flexibility. For instance, the drag-and-drop editor could be improved to provide more advanced customization options, such as the ability to add custom HTML or CSS. Additionally, while there are a variety of pre-designed templates available, some of them may appear outdated or unappealing to certain users. Overall, while this is a minor issue, I believe it could be improved to provide a more modern and visually pleasing selection of templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found that the platform solves a variety of problems commonly encountered in email marketing campaigns. One of the most significant benefits is the ability to ensure that emails are delivered to subscribers' inboxes, rather than being filtered out as spam. Twilio SendGrid's advanced email delivery infrastructure and authentication protocols help to maximize deliverability rates, which has been a major advantage for my campaigns. Additionally, the platform provides a range of tools for segmenting email lists based on subscriber behavior and interests, which helps to increase engagement and conversions. Twilio SendGrid also offers detailed reporting and analytics, which has enabled me to monitor the performance of my campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.

Works as expected, good deliverability

What do you like best about the product?
No frills easy to use interface with an HTML editor and a basic designer in place in case you want to put up something of your own, supports personalization and also has inbuilt email validator (but is charged separately). Overall has good deliverability rates and addons are available for dedicated IP warming.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is overall way too primitive. Take for example in automated campaigns, there is no ability to setup advanced conditional flows such as different email upon different action received from user (such as different email for when user clicks on a link and different one when he doesn't even open it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us send emails for massive campaigns where the number of recipients is way too large, with minimal fuss and greater deliverability even when one is not using a dedicated IP.

What do you like best about the product?
High level of delivery quality: emails are not going into spam
High delivery speed: For a 20K mailing list, we can deliver the campaign under 1 hour of sending time
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to buy the service even when we have purchased another subscription as 100K pro API. We need a combined offer!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can generate easy HTML emails and send them to customers or prospects. We can also manage unsubscription, which is excellent!

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is not as expensive as other tools in the market. This platform allows you to add in quite a few sub-users (team mates) for running their own email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little tedious. There are certain features that you need to search for before finding them. I am not a big fan of their User interface and also the user experience. It is a let down
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we are sorting is the email outreach to all of our prospects. From a Marketing and a sales perspective. Once the process has been defined it's smooth sailing mostly. We were having a lot of problems with emails landing in promotions, its been good till now.

What do you like best about the product?
Liked that it integrated with Salesforce and FormTitan easily
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a pain to get all the configuration locked in. There was a lot of prework to do it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending email campaigns to clients and customers is the main thing. The customizations and price point are the main things with nonprofits.

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to help clients whose customers were not receiving emails trouble shoot and off ten solve their issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it did not make sense why customers were not getting emails and we wanted more info. This may just be the nature of hybrid beast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It coordinates with out software pretty well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It was decent and mostly did what we needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Sendgrid was not working for us on the lowest level plan, Which was sufficient numbers wise and within our nonprofit budget. We had to upgrade to a much more expensive plan in order to get a private IP address and avoid all of our emails getting blocked from all of our clients. The experience of reaching out to customer service was really rough, someone will respond to me once and then never again. Months went by before I actually got a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Service is super patchy. Seems like the organization. Grew too quickly and isn't supporting their staff adequately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an email relay service to allow us to send bulk survey invitations.
