What do you like best about the product?
It's advanced security measures, including protection against common attacks like SQL injection and cross-site scripting (XSS).Additionally, it leverages real-time threat intelligence to stay updated on the latest security threats and provides proactive protection
What do you dislike about the product?
Still now nothing I have found dislikes as it running smoothly in all perspectives and no issue for any members of our group using imperva console and it's working without any errors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protection against web applications sophisticated threats such as SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks. And also effectively detecting and mitigating these threats, Imperva WAF helps prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, and potential damage to the application and its users' sensitive information.

Setting up and configuring a WAF can be complex, especially for users who are not familiar with security configurations. It may require some technical expertise or assistance, require regular updates to keep up with evolving threats and security vulnerabilities. This application protects from other application layers which is very awsome and gives very good experience and un interupted . I always enjoyed the WAF and gives me very good wibe

I dont feel like giving any dislike, but I would like to suggest a feature which gives us more easy interface and easy to learn. So Yeah this is what I feel like.

Some of the websites can easily blocked and it will be easy for us to know theblocked websites and it will be benifiting for us to understand the blocked websites.

Good solution for Website bot protection
What do you like best about the product?
- Imperva provides one of the leading WAF solution for websites. We use it on one of our e-commerce website with millions of users per month
- The low maintenance required for the service help us focus on the core website and let imperva take care of the bot protection

What do you dislike about the product?
Do not have much to dislike. Have had couple of instances where internal services were blocked by bot protection - but adding the right headers fixed it quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Imperva protects our website API from bots. It also acts as a proxy to route traffic to various internal services. It also have added advantages like having the most up to date data base of known threats which help mitigate new risks quickly - even without the dev team not involved.

As a user of Imperva WAF, I am satisfied with the timely and level of response from the imperva team given that everytime I log a ticket, I am given clear and concise instruction of what to do and also the imperva team is able to analyze and provide the needed solution to resolve the issue.

The support during escalation issues. But I like it.
