It literally just works... Nothing scales and performs like MDB

There is nothing to dislike about MDB. They release new features at a staggering rate

Biggest issue is always in terms of scale ability in which mongo is unrivaled.

the mongo query is easy to learn. the data struicture is really flexible.

there is not a good tool like Toad for relational db
