Needs update

It works, but it needs to be updated to Ubuntu 18.04 and Python 3.6. Currently, I have to install Python 3.6 from the deadsnakes ppa, which isn't ideal.

Buggy?

I've worked on it for a few minutes so far, and there seems to be a bug. When I install TensorFlow through pip, it complains from missing CuBLAS (libcublas.so.8.0).

I had to go to Nvidia forums to find a fix (basically the library path).
