Blackboard Review
What do you like best about the product?
I am also a graduate student on top of working for a university. So, I have experience in using BlackBoard in both capacities. I think as a student it is very user friendly and allows discussion with classmates when we aren't in class. As a professional it makes it easy to keep up on training required for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to pay for the app. I won't do that, I just log in on my browser on my phone. It would be nice for the app to be free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps us all connected and ensure we stay up to date on trainings such as Title 9.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great product and seems to be on par with other products in the field.

Blackboard meets expectations
What do you like best about the product?
blackboard made it easy for me to keep track of all of my assignments, grades, and updates. the app for iOS is also great. it also helped me contact my classmates, as their emails were provided in the class, making it convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
if anything, it wasn't as simple as it could have been. there were many features that seemed unnecessary for what i used it for. additionally, it seemed like it wasn't organized as well as it could have been. for example, student grades was in the tools section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solving communication between a professor and classmates. benefitting from availability of information.
