Great LMS!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the opportunities to set up courses to best meet the needs of students.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like it.There's really nothing that I don't like. It's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me set up and design my classes to better meet the needs of my students. I'm excited about all the new developments especially with AI use.

What do you like best about the product?
Ultra is very user friendly and our students LOVE it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Original view was hard for our students so making the switch to Ultra was the best decision we made!

It is helping our students achieve their learning outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
The API reporting and its intuitive. We have a custom training management solution and use Blackboard for our LMS

Nothing at this point it has not been able to do for us.

The ability to meet legislative mandates that required a certain amount of mandated training be online

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to add graphics and customize my lessons

I don't like the training available. It is boring and long. It does not keep you engaged.

We were using SharePoint and had no way to have a grade book. Having homework was difficult to track.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that it is userfiendly, easy to navigate, accessibility friendly with Ally and has the AI helper. The customer service is a huge plus! Thank you to the Anthology/Blackboard teams for desinging and supporting such fabulous products!

With the Idea Exchange and how customers are involved in focus groups where voices and experiences are shared and valued, what's not to like?

Working hard to create an engaging teaching and learning experience. Love the research in areas like accessibility and AI.

Inability to more easily control content across multiple courses

Blackboard Learn provides an environment for our online and flex courses, which are currently our strongest areas and continue to see the most growth.
Make the switch to Bb Ultra!
What do you like best about the product?
Ultra, the newest iteration of Bb Learn, is a clean, user-friendly interface for both student and faculty users. The AI Design Assistant is a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Original is very outdated and clunky; I see significant improvements in Ultra but also throw a caution flag with product development to not make it too complex. I don't like that deployed items can be deleted from the grade center, even if they have submissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blackboard is our course delivery system; we also use organizations for various groups, learning spaces, and collaborations that happen outside of classrooms.
Help is always available
What do you like best about the product?
The help from the Blackboard team is Exceptional! The imbedded help link answers most of the questions that you may have trouble with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to convert to Ultra at this time. Resolve is in the near future.

The ability to move to Ultra. Working with representatives is always possitive and engaging. They want sucess in your organization.
