I enjoyed blackboard, it was easy to use and clear.
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I liked the most about blackboard was how easy it was to use. It was clear and you could easily communicate with your professor or another student when need be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would not be able to open links that my teacher placed on blackboard, but I am not sure if this was my teachers fault of if it was something within blackboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is not relevant to me because I used blackboard as a student, not for business purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and efficient. It is simple and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to load when uploading documents and sometimes gets struck. I will have to reload again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
check and submit all university assignments and projects on blackboard

What do you like best about the product?
It made it really easy to keep an accurately schedule my day around my course load and see where my standing was as far as assignment completion and overall grade.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wasn't great UX, kind of clunky. Also the notifications were easy to miss.

Being able to access my relevant course information at all times made it easy to be a top performer.
Useful but took some getting used to
What do you like best about the product?
Can easily provide students with materials (although I didn't use this feature much). Email notifications about when grading was due was very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation was complex at first and took some getting used to. Mostly I used it for grading student's assessments and overall commitment throughout each school term. I found the drafting and saving reports difficult and often things did not save and weren't sent to the department head.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a group of students with learning materials. However I mostly taught individual private lessons so it wasn't best optimised for this kind of teaching.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A guide or training session would be useful!

What do you like best about the product?
Blackboard is an excellent platform for educators and universities looking to provide students with well organized online resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some features for educators become easier to utilize. Features like only including grades for certain assignments for certain students is a bit more difficult than it could be. Having the ability to customize class pages more would also be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blackboard allows us to provide students with resources that they would otherwise not be able to utilize outside of class. Students are able to take their classes with them, subsequently having more opportunities to study and learn. I am also able to upload lessons and assignments online, cutting down on paper usage.

What I like best about blackboard is the fact that I can use it on all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about blackboard is that the HTML organizer wasn’t working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits that are useful to me from this application is that it lets me know class is cancelled. Notifications are semi easy to find.

What do you like best about the product?
I found this system to be quick to learn how to navigate and things were very logically organized. This made the system very user friendly. I was happy that I was able to collaborate with peers on presentations with Blackboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the visual appeal of the program, but it's not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the ability to present visuals online while conferencing will be beneficial to businesses. I have not personally used it to problem solve anything business related.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can easily communicate with my students and upload the materials required for my classes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is confusing figuring out where the material is or what folders they're files into.

I use Blackboard every day with my students. It's an easy way to keep track of their work and submit their grades.

Announcement features, organized well, different tabs for different courses broken down further, easy to use

Not really applicable. Sometimes glitches / times out inconveniently

The app is really easy to use for classes.

It logs me out even when I have it keeping me logged in

It helps me access my classes easily and I can check my grades, assignments, course schedule and all other class material right through the app.
