All-in-One Tracking Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Our company has been using Teramind for the past three years, and it has been a highly valuable tool for our business. Initially, we started using it as a tracking solution for our remote employees. However, with the excellent support from our Teramind CSM, we have been able to make the most of the platform.
We’ve set up automated productivity reports for various departments, allowing us to clearly see how our employees are using their time. Teramind offers a wide range of visual reports that help us compare productivity levels across employees and track when they are most active.
We have also implemented several rules for employee computer usage. For instance, we receive alerts if someone is working over the weekend enabling us to quickly respond to any urgent client needs.
One feature we particularly appreciate—and have not found in other systems—is the remote control function. This allows us to remotely shut down employees' computers at night if they forget to log off, which helps maintain efficiency.
Overall, Teramind has exceeded our expectations and continues to provide great value in optimizing our operations and improving productivity.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the filter and column system was initially a bit challenging to understand, once you get the hang of it, creating custom reports tailored to your needs becomes incredibly easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Loss Prevention as the main one for us - all employees activity is recorded, using usb flash drives is restricted by Teramind, notifications on trigger words were set up. Monitoring employees work time by setting up their schedule with alerts, and multiple productivity/ email/ messages reports.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Teramind in our operation for a few years and recently we were configuring it for our planning for this year and it wouldn't be done without Gabriel Figueiredo's assistance, he's very knowledgeable, kind, efficient and by far his intervention it's been key for our plans to work in the company. Thank you for the assistance, we definitely recommend Teramind for monitoring and security as we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some agents cannot be heard because their computer is silent, we'd like that to be fixed because we've contacted tech support and the issue was partially fixed but not resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We'bve been able to monitor almost all of our agents and we can get the reports planned as expected, in the past we couldn't but now it's something we are taking advantage of.

What do you like best about the product?
Teramind allows that we can use it in an easiest way, you can download it quickly, have great customer support if you have issues. I used it everyay and what I love more its that it does not affect your work with intrusive pop-up for screenshots. All my team and I were using it in the insurance agency and helped allow to increase productivity without having micromanagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I idlike it's that the file you download it's really difficult to delete from your device, what it's odd, specially when you change devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teramind helped too get a fair payment where you can not only know the time you have worked, but also you are able to manage your tasks in a timmely manner. This way I'm not behind as I used to be with other roles.
It is a very good application for supervision of my employees.

The ease of its use to be able to monitor people as well as how discreet it is in terms of installing the software on any computer. And the option of being able to remotely control the equipment as well as being able to pass on its use at the time the administrator wishes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first thing is the cost, I see that it is a bit high based on the number of clients that one can have, since the higher the number of employees the cost becomes abysmal, and the other is the small number of dashboards that come out by default Some don't understand each other very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have full control of all the activities that my users carry out as well as being able to measure their efficiency and effectiveness of each assigned job.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps you guide employees in the write direction and teaches them to be responsible and productive. Also helps at time for bonus and revue.

There are not many downsides; sometimes makes employees nervous at the begining.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This software is amazing. The only thing that could be different is if we didn't need to re-install the software for the major updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, it was easy to install and it perfomed to the client standards., We gathered intel on the particular subject an employee he wanted to investigare and he was satisfied with results.
The best "Big Brother" program
What do you like best about the product?
I like the productivity tracking. In our post-covid evironment, it's been difficult to track most of our virtual employees before Teramind.

I don't dislike anything about the program.

Excellent for a remote working set up
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Teramind to manage our remote workers, mostly engineers. It has helped us monitor, measure and manage productivity without making anyone worry about privacy and making the process transparent and fair.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature that we did not have a smooth experience is the activity report generation across multiple months for a selected user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have engineers working remotely across time zones. Monitoring them, measuring their productivity and helping manage them is a challenge. Teramind has been a very useful tool for this and has saved us time, money and made the process transparent to users as well.
