I find teramind is more difficult to operated and use by first time by normal users.

I have been introducing this type of product for a long time. When I came across this product, I was inspired by its wide functionality, customization flexibility and convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are flaws in all systems. This product is no exception. but they are all quickly corrected

We monitor employees by this products behavioral analitics, we use on full DLP system (Easy to set up), conduct, we are auditing certain standards our company

What do you dislike about the product?
The only suggestion I have is to tweak how your licensing assignment works.
I won't be able to monitor employee mobile devices, but Teramind allows admins to use their mobile device to monitor any PCs that have the monitoring software installed on them.This tool is especially useful for businesses in sensitive industries.

Block e-mail from being sent, on any platform, if they match certain criteria
Prevent a user from instant messaging on a specific platform, or with specific users
Block websites or limit usage of website to certain times
Lock-out users pending administrator unlock for any action
Stop users from writing to USB key, or uploading to a cloud drive, or sending certain e-mail attachments.

There are times when our trainers travel to employee homes or when we have an onsite computer at a client that has multiple employees logon to it where we do not want this behavior. Instead, my suggestion is it creates a profile for each employee and track's their usage across ALL devices they log on to

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and configure your own customized alerts and rules. Extremely powerful and very in-depth reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The are so many capabilities of the software it can take a little time to discover all the possibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employee productivity is higher and is staying higher - as employees are reminded whenever they attempt to access websites that are non-productive. We have also used teramind to remotely access client computers in order to fix problems. And we can easily review emails that are spam or phishing related.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the absolute best employee monitoring software available today. PC Magazine recently (November 2017) awarded it their Editor's Choice. My company was an early adopter and I am so glad that our decision to utilize this software is being validated by others.
