What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use and configure your own customized alerts and rules. Extremely powerful and very in-depth reporting capabilities.

What do you dislike about the product?

The are so many capabilities of the software it can take a little time to discover all the possibilities.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our employee productivity is higher and is staying higher - as employees are reminded whenever they attempt to access websites that are non-productive. We have also used teramind to remotely access client computers in order to fix problems. And we can easily review emails that are spam or phishing related.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is the absolute best employee monitoring software available today. PC Magazine recently (November 2017) awarded it their Editor's Choice. My company was an early adopter and I am so glad that our decision to utilize this software is being validated by others.
