Teramind is provide eye vision on employees working. Day to day time o time tracking is really help to track all parameters precisely. It provide detail information about employees used resources through different websites. Data is provided in multiple formats.

Expand the reporting capabilities to offer exact information into employee productivity trends, allowing organizations to identify patterns and make more informed decisions.

Teramind is easy to use and helps to track specific details,
working strategies and resources used by employees.
Teramind provides a different type of data in form of Dashboard, BI Report,
monitoring, risk and so on.
It’s really hard to keep all details for a long time in records by thanks to Teramind
we get the data of any previous date with same recording quality which is
really help to maintain quality work.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface that doesn't require a technical team to setup and interact with to get the most out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
not much to dislike, But i do wish they had video call support systems to help clear tickets with more ease and understanding as compared to just a chat box
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest help is security for our data and making sure it stays within the system. the user behavior and productivity is a huge bonus as well.

The lack of support and training in my native language and the lack of data protection dictionary options such as the LDPG in Brazil

Excellent tool to monitor agent productivity and quality
What do you like best about the product?
Teramind is one of the few products we found that had a simple multiple-monitor viewing option. We use Teramind to perform Quality Assurance reviews and need to see all activity for coaching feedback. I also like the alerts related to profanity or pornography use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is a little cumbersome is the pricing as we've grown quite large.

Teramind is an excellent resource for remote employee management. It enables us to help with training, coaching and quality assurance.

I wish you could add people to multiple groups. There have also been issues with getting all the features to work out of the box, but the customer support team is able to fix those usually.

CMS compliance, ensuring that agents don't misplace or export client data, lets managers view remote employees screen and assist them without being in person
