What do you like best about the product?
The BI and reporting are amazing. I like the way we can investigate a specific issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agent self-defense has to be safer and more reliable.
OCR has to improve with more Languages.

What do you like best about the product?
Teramind allows us to monitor new and current employees and go back and review past activity from people that are no longer with our organization; this has proven invaluable at times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most challenging thing we've found to be a problem is the reporting. HOWEVER, Teramind is moving forward with a completely different reporting structure that I believe will fix this issue for us in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teramind has allowed us to bring people on board and not have to worry about having someone sit and babysit the users to make sure they are not fooling around or doing things incorrectly; we can use the reporting to give us results, and go back and view the way the people work to make corrections. EDIT: Down below, you want a screenshot to prove we are currently a customer of Teramind. I am getting a 502 Bad Gateway Error, so I refresh, and it loads the page with nothing except the ability to bring up the support chat window. You can verify with Teramind that we're a customer; we've been using them for 5+ years.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of deployment, ease of use, and the insight you get to each monitored employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
My initial experience had some struggles with the live view, which support identified and patched. Besides that no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many remote employees working from their own space, this tool provides the insight needed to ensure they are staying productive and compliant.

Easy to deploy and access tools
Different ways to deploy through GPO Active Directory Policies, manual installation or remote deploying
Silent installation and non-intrusive resource usage

I didn't find anything useless
The whole Teramind environment is really easy to use and deploy.
Employees are not affected by resource usage.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to get the hang of the software. The support team is also very useful and ready to help. The software itself is very user-friendly and has a great flow to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about the software itself. The only real challenge is setting it up correctly, so it does not hinder your daily company processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teramind policies are significant for keeping a controlled environment within your company. You have all the flexibility to tailor it to your needs. Teramind has helped us monitor and protect our client's interests with the tools Teramind offers.
