Sincere treatment and very good dealings
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very secure. I liked their interest in the security of their system before the security of its users. It's really great

The system follows up the work of employees in any institution or company and makes sure that people carry out their tasks. It also works on the applications that the company wants to get rid of or limit.

What do you like best about the product?
Teramind is a terrific cloud product that allows you to not only monitor a user's action, but also to control what they are doing on that computer. Silent install works great as well as all of the features at your disposal whether through keywords or searches. You can check all browsing history and see it in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
6 months on holding video records can be a little short for some users. I understand space is an issue, but if you could get longer storage for holding video files. Maybe a batch download of videos and other data as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping tabs on problem users in an office can be tricky, and this has helped us tremendously with making sure users are doing what they get paid to do. We can check in real-time to see if they follow policies and guidelines.

BI Analytics reports sometimes are slow and need a lot of time to investigate or find data.

Can record and tag all activities on our secure servers. So it is possible to go back in time and check who did what.
Also easy to monitor data movement and prevent certain actions using DLP.

What do you like best about the product?
Don't have to run for different solutions. It's a package all in one go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could not find downside so far as in fact we have signed multiple years contract

It catches every word and send us alert email us in the right time, which is required by us to avoid leakage of confidential data
Great Platform, Mediocre Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Teramind is the granularity within the monitoring itself; there are, of course, certain elements that you cannot legally use (depending on your Country), and these are not contextually applied.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main issue with Teramind is the reporting; ultimately, you are exporting csv data to report on this in a different method as they chop and change the reporting sections without consulting with end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem teramind solves having a stable and consistent monitoring application for employees. The most beneficial aspect is the ability to hide the agent from an end user, allowing for a pure view of their actions.

A genuine review
What do you like best about the product?
There are many user monitoring tools in the market. But, teramind is the only solution which makes it extremely easy to manage and filter hundreds of events everyday. Each and every activity of the user, whatever you can think of can be fetched in seconds. This is the beauty of this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The DLP feature needs more improvement. They should also release linux support to complete the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company there were many users who were not productive since most if them are working from home. After we purchased teramind, we can track the user activity very easily and the productivity has improved greatly.
Simple but great software
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to install and the ability to remotely access employees computers
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides as of yet. I use the basic functions of Termamind but its all i need for my business

Its helping us keep an eye on employee searches and also gives me the ability to remotely access employess computers to help troubleshoot any issues
A very good application with a plethora of tools to monitor performance and availability.
What do you like best about the product?
Teramind makes it easier to monitor employees that are working either remotely or on-site. It provided a good toolset to complement the monitoring in addition to the dashboards that give you further insight on employee's activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, while extremely helpful it is not perfect. The application disconnects or stops monitoring randomly, also it might be a challenge to troubleshoot it for non-tech savvy employees that are working remotely.

Teramind helps me monitor how active my employees are and helps me identify areas of opportunities for our employees to increase their output and efficiency. It also helps keep employees engaged in their processes.
