One observability platform
Professional 24/7 service and fully offloaded daily operations of our centralized logging system.
What do you like best about the product?
For us the biggest help is being able to offload the day to day operations of centralized logging system. But Coralogix also follows that up with very good service and great support.
Even when tailoring to our most edge case issues like massive load testing they are always there to help us and support our efforts.
The tools is also a pleasure to use and we haven't even really started digging into the more advanced use cases yet.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tradeoff with any managed service is less ability to customise. Even so, Coralogix have been very open to adapting the system to our needs as much as is possible and practical. This of course means we have to go through their support and professional services team so turnaround can be a little slower, but this is a very appropriate price to pay for offloading the operations of the platform to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix have significantly impacted our bottom line when it comes to centralised monitoring tools. They are cheaper than the alternative and with far superior services and product.
The biggest immediate problem they solve is the ability to put our limited DevOps resources to work on other problem instead of being bogged down with toil and ad-hoc work related to centralized logging clusters.

All in one tool for logs, monitoring and alerts
What do you like best about the product?
Querying Coralogix is pretty fast. UI is very intuitive. You can create alert based on search result.
What do you dislike about the product?
Correlation between tracing and logs sometimes doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix does log querying, monitoring, and alerting pretty well.
Coralogix helps focusing and improving my incidents investigations and processes monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
The logs screen contains outstanding and helpful features such as adding/removing columns and filter values, showing a graph for a chosen key, logs timeline, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I addressed my dislikes to their support team, and most were fixed/changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Coralogix for monitoring and receiving alerts regarding ongoing errors and incidents. Also, I use Coralogix to investigate processes using the logs view to find problems or unwanted behaviors.

Their customer support team is just amazing. It doesn't take more than 2 minutes to get a professional answer to any question that may arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer success manager in charge of us wasn't good. However, they responded very quickly when notified about that and replaced him immediately.

We aggregate all our logging operation to Coralogix. It proves to be an overall much better solution than the previous one we had (Graylog), on all fronts.

The ability to perform actions on logs and the ease to filter them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no auto alerting and probably blocking for spamming logs -> quota can get full as a surprise.

Cross-platform log aggregations and ability to debug applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix support is a landmark which I haven't seen any company has ever achieved. Under 2 minutes support everytime 24*7 that too in detail where representative really look up to helping solve the issue rather than just sharing some doc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Log retention for all logs (High TCO) should be for last 24 hours and then all logs in medium/low rather than going for TCO for each application/subsystem which is practically not possible always. It unnecessarily create management overhead and increases cost without solving the use case of log monitoring and troubleshooting for all application

Log alerting in different forms , log trend, log2metrics , visualization, dash oard, lightning fast queries, log compliance with retention period of our choice

Fast searching, alerting on top of logs, archiving data

We should increase retention of high-priority logs up to 30 days.

Help troubleshoot prod issues by checking logs and alerting on logs based on their level.
More than just an ELK stack

Ease of setup. Can easily integrate with our heroku instance

Since it's a hosted product, I don't have control over retention limits

Performance monitoring and optimization is our primary use-case. We aggregate our job-logs and look at things like job duration. We also use the tool to surface errors caused by customer misconfiguration
