  • October 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix is very versatile and can be customized based on our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime, the connector of several compliance is not ready yet, so we need to route the logs from the syslog and that's make the integration is not smooth
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix can be integrated for many of appliance and it benefit to us to connect and send many logs of the devices that we have

Acceptable but lacking

What do you like best about the product?
very snappy and comprehensive about what we can do query-wise, even if the queries are not that optimised.
What do you dislike about the product?
no options to view log streams in plain text, sometimes unstructured logs are needed.

the main logs window is smaller than the rest of clutter which should automatically collapse

cant name a perma log and add to bookmark intuitively. like service-abc-issue-x logs at end would help

automatically recognize log fields, main content column width is same as timestamp, which is not as useful

user based hint prompts to use the platform better. like if it notices me take a clunkier route to do a thing, suggest better way, or nudge me towards features that are useful but im not using. like "hey! try using fast mode"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting logs as fast as server terminal.
helping in releases
helping debug issues

What do you like best about the product?
UI design is ambitious - It is a managed service.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI design is ambitious and it could be confusing, especially merging a few open-source capability into one screen. I understand it's a feature-add, but it's a 2-way sword.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
dashboard and alerting, logs and metrics availability

Coralogix - Debugging companion

  • March 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other tools, with Coralogix it is easier to search the required logs just with the search string. I like the export functionality, can export the logs dump as csv/json file.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike is the restriction on the date range, it is nt possible to give a date range of more than 7 days. this becomes tedious when we want to fetch impact for a given month.
Also, sometimes required logs are not available on coralogix even though we know logs should have existed.
There are times coralogix is very slow in fetching the logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Log monitoring benefits highlighted while AI feature suggestions remain crucial

  • February 18, 2025
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

We are using Coralogix for log monitoring and creating dashboards. We have not explored the SIEM part and other capabilities yet.

What is most valuable?

We are not using Coralogix to the fullest extent. However, the log monitoring is good, and the dashboards that we create are beneficial. Other aspects like the alerting mechanism are also satisfactory.

What needs improvement?

Coralogix should have some AI capabilities to auto-detect anomalies and provide suggestions. The increasing volume of data and the resulting bandwidth charges are concerns. An in-built solution that remains native could resolve this issue.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using it for almost two years now.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

For now, we have not experienced any stability issues.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

We have not experienced any scalability issues so far.

How are customer service and support?

The technical support is good. I rate it eight out of ten, and I am satisfied with their response time and overall competence.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Currently, we are at a very minimal cost, which is around $400 per month since we have reduced our usage. Initially, we were at $900 per month.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We are considering having an in-house mechanism using Grafana Loki.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend Coralogix to others based on my experience.

I rate Coralogix seven out of ten. Including AI features could be a game changer.

Coralogix: Foundationally sound but lacking quality of life improvements

  • December 01, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It works consistently. I have not experienced down time since I started using it and it was pretty easy to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels incomplete like they need to do some serious user testing and find out how developers actually use their product. The data is jumbled and requires tons of configuration in order for ambiguous fields to appear readable. Not sure if this is our setup but when an event is logged it seems like it takes 5+ minutes for the data to show up.
When logging back in after automatically being signed out you have to re-toggle fields in your config in order for them to work again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging helps our team deliver products and services consistently to our clients and coralogix, like any other monitoring platform helps us do this.

Its good in some sense but lack couple of features

  • July 30, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Filter logs based on application and sub-applications.

Things become very easy if you know which application to look for logs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to download logs.

There are cases when you want to download a full log dump of the query ran and process it offline.
There is no easy way to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not all developers are who can analyze simple log dumps. The visualization provided has helped all levels of engineers to search and debug from logs with ease.
