best logging platform for log visibility and metrics
What do you like best about the product?
The UI of the dashboard for the cloud is very nice and easy to use- The live tail is quite simpler compared to other softwares like Newrelic or Datadog and Insights are far better.
Very east to integrate and funnel the logs to Coralogix and other multiple destinations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Metric and Analytics is not as matured as APM platforms like Datalog, but it's use case is different, though it makes it difficult to trace the distributed system with just logs visibility as APM is quite new here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logs visibility is far better since we integrated Coralogix with our systems, in distributed system it becomes really tiring to find and understand logs but with coralogix it has become quite easier as we can tag and trace each log line through global identifiers in out distributed system. Also the insights are very good, helped us reduce our irrelevant error logs tagging.

What do you dislike about the product?
Query time for archived logs, which could potentially be improved through adjustments to index settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix is helping us with Logs Monitoring and Opentelemetry Integration (Metrics and Traces) to achieve Observability. This solution covers almost all supported applications, providing better unit economics compared to commercial APM solutions. Coralogix effectively organizes application logs, facilitates tracing and monitoring, and offers custom dashboards and filters for seamless log metadata categorization. Additionally, it centralizes all CloudWatch logs, simplifying AWS log management and ensuring compliance with security standards. Overall, Coralogix has significantly enhanced operational efficiency and log management for the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix is offering great features which helps us to easily integrate with any application and monitor logs for them. These logs are useful for performance monitoring and issue fixing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Corelogix user experience is having some scope of improvement for dashboard. It should be updated as per latest design to make it more modern looking tool for matrix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used this tool for auto incident creation process whenever any error occurred in my application. User no need to manually create those incidents for the issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix is one of the best tool available in market that offers best way to monitor performance of an application. Along with that, it also offers log monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I have not seen any points to dislike about Coralogix. Everything is good in terms of features, capabilities, pricing and live enhancements about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix helped me in making my troubleshooting job easier for the bugs identified in my application. It's log generation capabilities & performance monitoring capabilities are just awesome.
Excellent log analysis and matrix tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Corologix offers rich set of features for log analysis, matrix and security analysis capabilities which help us to make our software scalable, stable and performance friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coralogix does not have good documentation for integration. Developers implementing this in their system, have to do lot of research over the documentation and refer git for actual implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix helped me to create matrix and log analysis dashboard for my application which I have used to improve performance, resolve issues faster and better security.

The support team is accommodating and clears all the doubts.

Nothing as of now, but when we are seen last 30 days, it does not appear only seven days are available.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of choosing stored data class (low,med,high) to cater our needs and easily saving cost. Full text search and nice experiences in logging searching. Quick live chat support that can assist us when implementing and daily operation stuff question.

As the platform still growing especially in tracing and metrics, it's still fall short especially out of the box common tracing service dashboard ( need to create manually ).

A one-stop shop for all observability use cases
What do you like best about the product?
Most observability solutions are limited to simple monitoring and alerting. However, enterprises have large-scale projects which require monitoring all the macros. For use cases related to complex and in-depth analysis of logs and metrics in real-time, Coralogix is the perfect solution that can scale easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
Coralogix offers a vast set of functionalities, and therefore, the UI may seem overwhelming for beginners. Also, the pricing is slightly on the higher end, which makes it difficult for small-scale companies to bring it into application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients usually require an integrated platform that provides easy analysis of logs and metrics in real-time. As more and more clients move from traditional monolithic applications to microservice-based architectures, the need for real-time analysis increases in the case of a production environment. Coralogix has excellent capabilities to monitor and analyse container logs, making it easy to detect problems at an early stage. These features make it a must-have platform for production-grade workloads, as it makes troubleshooting very easy!
Power tool that goes beyond logs, with great support
What do you like best about the product?
We're a startup with a minimal budget for ops, running on Heroku. Coralogix enables us to stay on top of our application observability with ease. We love the powerful search, and ability to set up fine-grained alerts. As a security-conscious SaaS, we rely on its anomaly detection to distinguish signal from noise. The Events2Metrics feature is a great addition that gives us some baseline Grafana visualisations that we can't get from Heroku (e.g. database load). We appreciated having built-in templates for parsing Heroku metrics logs.
Whenever we dealt with Coralogix support, they were exceptionally quick to respond, and helped us through some fairly complex issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
The logs grouping is a bit limited, but as long as you remember it's not a SQL database you can achieve most observability outcomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our one-stop-shop for diagnosing errors across requests, detecting patterns and anomalies arising from logs, and staying on top of noisy logs to ensure our application stays healthy and secure.
Coralogix will be the most complete single stop Observability solution in the near future

- Pricing for Blocked Logs should not be incurred
- Commercials could be improved further without any 3rd party involvement
- Anomaly Detection/Insights can be for some custom duration
- Opentelemetryintegration could be more smooth with better documentation
- The learning curve for Opentelemetry integration can be reduced significantly by having pre-defined configurations
- UI for APM needs to be much more mature with custom duration, pre-defined dashboard deployments , default SLO status and total component-wise latency distribution including async calls.

We are using Coralogix for Logs Monitoring , Opentelemetry Integration (Metrics and Traces) to achieve Observability. It has helped us to cover almost 100% of our applications which Opentelemetry supports with better unit economics compared to commercial APM solutions
