Automated testing including foreign languages

What do you like best about the product?
Now we can truly test our foreign language flows. Before using Cyara all we could really do was verify that the correct language was playing. We have caught several mistakes that were not caught in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to tune an application with PSST values. You have to tell Cyara how much silence is between each prompt, which are the PSST values.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes the tedious part out of testing IVR applications and allows a broader testing of an application and what is tested is documented. We can also do more regression testing.

What do you like best about the product?
Cyara helps Macys' to monitor the health check of our IVR system with the help of Pulse campaign. Especially, during Holiday period, our team used to run short campaigns every 5 mins for Health check
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any items to enter in dislike section
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our On-prem portal was recently broken while our team was trying to fix Flexera vulnerability. Cyara support did provide interim relief by moving ports to Cloud portal during our Holiday time and fix On-prem portal post Holiday

What do you like best about the product?
Best for IVR Testing also helps in load testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The threshold values and tags are a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The prompts are easier to test in IVR testing

What do you like best about the product?
Its on Cloud , Simple to use and maintain
No spacial skills required , Support is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
More customisation options should be provided in reporting,some simple but usefull functionality should be added.
There are scope to take this tool to more advanced level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Un attended fully automatic test execution. Reports and alerts on failure. Less manual efforts saving cost and resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it..it will definitely save your money and efforts in doing repetative work

What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of data that is returned through the Cyara system. As far as middleware information return and timing goes, Cyara has been very helpful in identifying issues we have with our IVR. It allows me to send data to the business in order to provide a full view of the struggles the IVR is experiencing, due to issues that would be hard to provide data for with the Cyara system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain issues that I have experienced with Cyara, as far as, being too critical on the IVR and identifying "issues" that are not a red flag or concern for our Company. I have also had struggles with multi-lingual test cases however, Cyara is working with me to help resolve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Middleware return and timing issues. Connection issues. System crashes.

Speedy implementations with cyara

What do you like best about the product?
UI is super friendly and all functionalities are easily accessible.
New features like CX models, crawlers makes it easy for non technical Business Analysts to use cyara as tool.
We even have plan to use cyara as flow design tool in future and thus solving issues related to test cases creation.
Cyara pulse is used to actively monitor health of the voice application.
Support is one of the best from product companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still few limitations with campaigns like keeping a call open and then after some interval make another call. Just like jmeter gives us that freedom when we want to test API calls after some time.
Use of data sets can still be improved with the likes of DB like structures. Its still confusing while using datasets in campaigns.
Campaign results don't show few of the important fields and will be implemented in future releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in environment where we need to support multiple languages and correctness of those sentences.
Also there is need to run regression tests every 3 days and that is lot of work; when someone tests regression suite it is boring after some time and then we might miss scenarios which may fail in live environments.
Speed is another important issue that we solves using cyara.
Productivity improves as we can run campaign while working on other things and we can schedule campaigns.
There is always need to do load testing with different load parameters and this can be easily done using cyara cruncher.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cyara is powerful tool with all the necessary fundamental requirements of IVR testing. If you have possibility to have more ports and need is to test very fast and in multiple languages; then go for it.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of application; use of Tags for dynamic responses and the use of Blocks for repetitive steps
What do you dislike about the product?
"Satisfactory" results are sometimes just that - satisfactory. I wish I could choose whether it reattempts cases that pass as satisfactory. I am sometimes satisfied with that result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More robust testing can be performed using Cyara vs manual testing. We have been able to build comprehensive regression campaigns, robust functionality campaigns that include negative and edge case testing, and more. Certainly has stepped up our testing game!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cyara is robust and powerful, yet easy to learn and use. It will widen and deepen your testing efforts easily.
