Nice improvement over our previous PBX

What do you like best about the product?
* Mobility (Apps, Browser-Plugins)
* Rules and possibilities (Incoming, Outgoing rules, number rewriting, ...)
* Import possibilities
* Ease of installation and initial setup
What do you dislike about the product?
* Documentation is incomplete and decentralized - some input fields are not mentioned at all in the online documentation
* AD import settings could be much more complex, i.e. a real LDAP filter option would help
* The optics of the management site should be more flexible, e.g. the maximum number of rows shown while importing extensions from AD should be configurable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Our ISDN trunk is scheduled to be deactivated - 3CX is our transition to a SIP trunk
* Our current PBX doesn't support mobile work - 3CX does, which is very important in times of Covid-19
* Currently, we have a mixture of ISDN and IP phones at our workplaces - 3CX will unify this with a defined set of Yealink IP phones and the softphone apps

What do you like best about the product?
The easy management is really nice for people with only limited knowledge and the system is updating itself (if wanted)
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the missing send Fax function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it on site for keeping the site running, even if there is no sip reachable, i can simply use the outbreak with an other 3cx side via bridge

UI, easy configuration. The outbound routing is very usefull.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe more technical manual. I cant setup in easy way the outbound rout with different country code.

Quick setup, quick deployment and a attractive price

Some bugs on the web administration interface are very boring, i have some troubles with DECT

Our company have 3 sites and 3CX was the most valuable solution for connectiing them

3CX is a cheap software, very usefull and easy to setup for all IT people

Easy setup. Of our 100+ users over 4 sites, we get minimal support requests saving us time.

Somethings can't be disabled like custom profiles.

Easy use, Webclient, easy to install and change config.

Updates are sometime buggy, Price could be lower.

No more Hardware phones

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the calls that are made through this software are totally incredible in every sense of its optimal functionality, with wonderful features that make it up, and keep it as one of the best in its class of interactions through audio , since it acquires a quality in its extravagant definitions of voice that make all the interactions that are carried out successful, and its planned purpose can be reached, with extensive qualities in its programming, designed with an unsurpassed high-end technology, being the leader in its laboratory branch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apparently the mobile application is somewhat inconspicuous when viewed frequently, since its illustrations are very transverse and scarce in colors, which means that it would be of a large proportion that it will integrate better designs in its interfaces on mobile devices, to project a cleaner and more modern appearance in its entirety, including with more equitable options that allow complete satisfaction, when using this software registered users of this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implement this software for an essential objective, to take advantage of these efforts with communication functions, since 3CX is used in the departments specifically dedicated to the sales of the products we make, or we buy and sell at better prices, for explicit profits from different offices unified in the same room that make up said establishment belonging to the company that we acquired, to establish telephone calls with random powerful clients, who could be interested in the articles we currently offer, functioning as a kind of marketing through direct emissions through audio.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The sizes of the companies with small and medium denominations, fit perfectly in the scopes that this software can supply, to provide incredible emissions functionalities, it depends on the use that you want to adapt to this system, as long as it has to do with your environment designed, it has all the characteristics you need to make calls through audio, with an excellent guarantee and quality in its definitions of operational processes, when these interactions are exercised with 3CX.
