What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that 3CX provides a unified communication platform with intuitive call management, video conferencing, and live chat all accessible via desktop, mobile, and browser. Its straightforward setup, CRM integrations, and cost-effective pricing make it an ideal solution for businesses of all sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features in 3CX require technical expertise to configure and maintain properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3CX simplifies call management, remote communication, and reduces phone bills by using VoIP. It also improves customer service with features like call routing, voicemail, and chat integration.

What do you like best about the product?
3CX is reliable, fairly priced, and flexible. The setup was simple, and there are quite a few features to increase productivity. For the price point, 3CX provides outstanding value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing users and extensions is sometimes difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We require an on-premise phone system with modern features at a reasonable price.

I love that I can custom reports for what I need to review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that it is hard to talk to a representative when I need to ask a question.

We currently do not have any problems that are being solved

What do you like best about the product?
3CX is straightforward to configure and easy to use. Customer support is very good as there is always a knowledgeable person available to help with any questions or problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hosting and managing a VOIP phone system like 3CX does require additional time for updates and maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to create a bridge to connect our 3CX PBX with our factory's PBX in Italy. We can now reach our partners by simply dialing their extension.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very nice to do all the operations via computer software. Desktop software and mobile application are very successful.

The number of features is very high.

The ease of integration is very nice

License fee is a bit expensive

Discounts on license fees for the license holder according to the year of use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It meets all my communication requests.

Being the admin, setup is simple, and admin portal is clean and easy to use.

An update within last year took a key feature away that was not mentioned in release notes.

2. Easy to Manage – User-friendly web interface, quick setup on Windows, Linux, or cloud.


3. Remote Work Ready – Supports web conferencing, mobile apps, and browser-based calling.


4. Flexible Deployment – Can be hosted on-premise or in the cloud (own server or 3CX hosting).
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version lacks some advanced features.

Requires annual license payment.

Some settings can be complex for beginners.

SMS and WhatsApp integration needs extra setup.

Cloud setup may not work smoothly on all platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3CX helps solve business problems like high communication costs, poor remote collaboration, and inefficient call handling by providing a unified, affordable, and easy-to-manage communication system.

It is easy to Implement and provision new users. Queue management is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
cleaning up employees who has left the company.
havent seen any workforce management reporting such as SLA reports etc..
