Effortless, Reliable and an Excellent choice for Communication
What do you like best about the product?
When I started working in my current company, I was introduced to 3CX. I must say that this software is user-friendly and as someone who has very little knowledge when it comes to technology, 3CX is easy to navigate. I am aware that there were other options to communicate using this software, however, I've only used voice call since we are actually using other software to communicate via video and chat. I've only been using this software for less than a year and I can say that it was a hassle-free experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about 3CX is that I cannot find the recording I made. There were calls that I was able to record but it was a huge dilemma when it comes to looking for those recordings. It's been months since the last time I attempted to record a call, and up until now, I haven't found those calls yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contacting numerous Cities, wons and townships in the USA to request for a permit and inspection schedule. 3CX has helped a lot when it comes to communication with inspectors and clerks.
3CX is the best VOIP, Chat and Video call software
What do you like best about the product?
3CX is an excellent service to integrate live Chat, Video Calls, WhatsApp and VOIP services to the websites. It provides plugins and SDKs to integrate these services into our Website. We can use 3CX from 3cx.com or host it on our server.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about 3CX. 3CX is the best service in the market. They have a bit higher pricing and limited community support. Else everything is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 3CX to integrate into my websites and give support through it. I use a LiveChat plug-in from 3CX so my website visitors can contact us directly through live chat. I can reply directly to them from the 3CX. It is straightforward to integrate into any website; copy a few lines of HTML and Javascript code with the correct credentials, and it will work.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about 3CX is its ability to transfer calls to team members internally hassle-free. Another feature that I like most about 3CX is the ability to record calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like about 3CX. In fact, 3CX is easy to set up and has a friendly interface that is easy to navigate. Their mobile app is also great, which helps us take calls on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3CX is helping us manage the day-to-day inbound and outbound phone calls that are very important for our business. It is helping us solve the communication gap between our clients and us. It has also helped us with qualitative data, which has been very important in making business decisions.
Easy and Effective!
What do you like best about the product?
The options for cloud-hosted or on-prem installations. Both options are great. They configuration of the system is easy to use, but if you have any difficulties configuring anything, training guides are easy to find and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing management can be a bit confusing at times, but support is always ready to help. Sharing management with more than one admin was confusing, and managing multiple environments took some time to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing users to have access to their phone at all times. The mobile app on their phones, laptops, and the web interface makes it easy to leave the office space but remain connected.

I like the easy communication, many functions, calls and meetings with easy appointment and scheduling, with the new features it's even better to use the tool

I don't like that, sometimes some errors appear, and it is difficult to communicate to understand the error, it takes a certain time to be corrected.

It's helping me with good internal and external communication, fast internal and external communication, transshipment service, and meetings.
Easy to use and great functionalities.
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use, easy to transfer phone calls to other people as well. The chat tab is also great for quick conversations.

Sometimes we might lose connection, but it usually is fixed fast.

It made it easy for us to contact customers and the opposite too. Also, we can call other employees or use the chat tab to talk to them and get quick answers.
Effortless Communication Management
What do you like best about the product?
In my new company, I started using 3CX Phone System as a communication tool, and I have to say, it's an excellent choice. The software is incredibly user-friendly, and even those with no technical knowledge can easily navigate its features. The system offers a variety of communication options, such as voice, video, and chat. Additionally, it integrates smoothly with other communication platforms like Pipedrive which is our primary CRM for customer communication. Another feature that stands out to me is the ability to customize call routing. This level of flexibility and control makes the 3CX Phone System ideal for businesses with complex communication needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the system's security. With the recent virus scare and the growing need for secure communication, it would be better if more security measures were in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary use of 3CX is in customer service to communicate with our customers via phone calls. The tool is seamlessly integrated with our Pipedrive system, which allows us to easily track tickets from one tool and automatically create tickets for missed conversations. In addition, we are also utilizing 3CX as an internal communication tool for team members who are located across the globe. This has helped us to collaborate and communicate effectively, regardless of our location or time zone.
Same Performance, Better Price
What do you like best about the product?
We have previously used other VOIP providers at nearly triple the cost. 3CX offers the same services, with no drop in performance, for much cheaper. The User management is easy and intuitive, and the desktop companion app is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only major downside of 3CX is that each caller on a conference call counts against your cal limit. While 3CX offers a web-based conference option, it duplicates the services we already utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple employees who are working in remote offices. Switching to 3CX has allowed us to set them up in their new locations with a dedicated work phone that is integrated into our phone network. While we have used VOIP services previously, 3CX is much cheaper than the other options and very easy to integrate and use.
