Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using 3cx is fantastic compare to other pbx i've used in the past. The ease of deploying 3cx , especially when you have to create a new account is quite easy and you wont be dependent on a 3rd party
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the lack of an accompanying handset is a letdown, but then again it can also be seen as an advantage. 3cx however gives an option of using other telephone boxes. We use Polycom and in recent times we have used Yealink and we haven't had any issue with either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of deploying a telephone system to multiple sites is quite easy and cost-effective. Our users easily setup a meeting and conference call with 3cx .

The cost of 3cx is quite attractive. You are getting much more than what you paid for. With 3cx you have a variety of telephone handset you can use. Also, the mobile app stole the show for us. Our users can carry their telephone extension with them. This was quite useful during the covid 19 lockdowns.
I found the PBX stable and easy to use and in a few minutes of installation.

Cannot search DID, have to check each page until find the number I need.

This system is based on telephone interactions, because it keeps powerful records of the operations performed, without excluding that their definition in each of these calls is extremely high, allowing a productive development in these areas of great importance at the business level.

One of the characteristics that position this software in a disadvantage to average scales, is because to receive attention on the part of the program, we must cancel the monthly payments apart from the support, being a problem to great scales because its price increases suddenly, demanding a fixed price for these operations that necessarily must be free, to offer a service of quality and to satiate doubts and to solve existing problems.

We use this software, due to its wide qualities in the communicative operations that we can develop through the digital installations of this service, it is necessary to emphasize that we maintain this system in the platforms that we acquire, integrated in each one of these since it is the main telephone server at general level, being extremely brilliant for us, to idealize and to interact with the clients, generically to offer massively the products that we have in disposition, being an exclusive marketing and of high range, due to the incredible and sophisticated sales that we exert, thanks to this application.

The application is easy to use, the reliability is astounding compared to the service we had before. The cost is significantly lower and the fact that it was international and could be used in places that others couldn't made it a winner for us.

The mobile app automatically adds the number to your regular phone call list which gets confusing as to the source of the call.

This is an excellent solution and there are many resellers out there for this product. We had some issues with the way the product was being presented by one reseller and another had a very clear understanding of how it worked. I would just be cautious of the resellers that they sell you what you need.
3CX is essential for our teams, especially with remote work
What do you like best about the product?
3CX makes it easy for the sales team to contact all our customers. They can communicate from their computer or from their phone. And since the Covid, with remote work, it is very convenient for all teams to be able to communicate from home. Video Conferencing are also very helpful and easy to use. We are doing many meetings with it. The interface on the web application is easy and ergonomic, perfect for IT or non-IT people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find the desktop application very practical. It's better to use the web application. But when you get a call and you're not in front of the browser, it's not perfectly optimized. I would suggest to improve the desktop application for a better use.

3CX is cost-efficient telephony solution with modern modules like webmeeting and mobile app. It is easy to install and is working reliable since 3 years.
The software is indipendent from any hardware, so you have the free choice of server hardware and telephones. We are using 3CX with 70 Yealink T46 telephones in our main office. During the corona pandemic the mobil features webmeeting and the android/iphone clients helping us to commuicate without any borders.

Technical Support could be better. As an direct customer of 3CX you can buy support tickets or you can use the community forum.

We are able to use a SIP-Trunk for VOIP.
