The ability for multiple source to access and modify with realtime updating.

Bringing smart to the workspace
What do you like best about the product?
It's a good looking product, with some nice widgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It takes a while to get used to but once you do, it's nice to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for Project Management Office and for sprint planning. It's good to have the templates ready for use, which encourages a consistent look and feel. It is a bit challenging in terms of change management but then most things are.
Good project management alternative to MS Project. Great support.

Poor charts and graphs for dashboards.
Resource Management paid app is tired and needs revamp. Has very little improvement over the years since purchased by Smartsheet.
Smartsheet new licensing model is no longer great value compared to before.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management and portfolio management. General use by other business depts for a wide variety of uses like questionaires, marketing, etc.

Overall, Smartsheet is a strong project management tool that caters well to teams looking for a flexible, collaborative environment. It’s particularly great for organizations that require a spreadsheet-like interface with added project management features. With a few improvements in performance and pricing, it could quickly become a 5-star product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet's main drawbacks include its high pricing, especially for advanced features, and performance issues with large sheets. Customization options for formatting and dashboards are limited, making it less versatile for detailed presentations. The learning curve can be steep for new users trying to leverage advanced features. Additionally, there’s no offline access, and the mobile app lacks full functionality, making it harder to use on the go.

Centralise access, Project management, team colobration, and project alignment.
Awesome variety of uses, possibilities are endless
What do you like best about the product?
There's so much you can do, and especially the automated contacting of engineers based on dates and outstanding actions - makes coordinating a breeze. We use it every day to keep our booking and auditing space in check and found it super easy to work in and around our other systems. Constant support from the guys at head office made the switch from our previous systems seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some things that you can do in a spreadsheet that haven't quite translated over to smartsheet, so there are some excel sheets still being used in the background - e.g. graphing and pivot tables
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems that impact the day to day use of SmartSheet - we're happy with the system for what we need it to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet provides a very nice mix of the familiar nature of a spreadsheet with project management capabilities. The ability to tailor workflows as needed and automate certain processes along with live-tracking of progress is terrific. Collaborative features ensures that everyone stays up-to-date and projects remain on schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has robust functionality, but as such it may take time to learn all of the ins-and-outs and a little trial-and-error is likely necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has made all of our project management easier, communication simpler and the over productivity of everyone in the team much higher. And have been using it for all sizes and complexities of projects.
Smartsheet is Totally Worth it
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it streamlines work streams across many different departments, and makes communication so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a little more flexiblity in editing within specific cells.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of how we track tasks from creation, assignment, all the way through completion across an entire organization.
Good tool but require effort for management and efficient use
What do you like best about the product?
Timeline management functions are very easy to use. Added bonus when you can create different dashboards for yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is a great tool but requires efforts from project mangers to manage and make sure it's up to date. The functions and timelines can sometimes be too complex for people to use and it is not clear what is linked to what. The employees need more in depth trainings on how to use the software not just the project managers. Many people are not using it any more because of how complex it looks and the lack of training they are.
The business is still pushing for everyone to use more of it but even project managers sometimes revert back to excel, likely due to the above two points mentioned.

Having a dynamic timeline that can be adjusted quickly without having to spend heaps of effort doing so
Best Project Management & Productivity Tracker
What do you like best about the product?
Smart Sheets is easy to implement and integrate with Data Visualization tools. Also, the templates are a great help to get start your user experience. The tool is Agile and constantly adding new features and enhancments and offers a lot of automation options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Support at times when Smart Sheets is down and also the supporting KB Articles and videos lack connection to implement a use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i) Collaborating with stakeholders on sharing project updates and status changes of related tasks and deliverables saving time to manually inform and follow up on actions items due or completed.

What I like best about Smartsheet is its user-friendly interface and extensive range of features. It combines ease of use with a powerful set of tools for project management, making it simple to track tasks, automate workflows, and collaborate with my team. Additionally, the platform's smooth integration capabilities make it even more versatile, allowing me to streamline my work without hassle. I use it more frequently for data handling and analysis. Implementation is really good

There's honestly nothing I dislike about Smartsheet; it’s been a reliable tool that meets all my project management needs.
