Easy enough for anyone to use

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of Sigma is how easy it makes it to share analyses and dashboards with different members of the team. It also makes it easy for non-technical members of the team to modify the analyses so they can answer questions they have. I find the interface intuitive and easy to use and find that most people can figure out how to use it even without training. I use Sigma everyday and rarely run into frustrations. I also like how simple it is to turn data into visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area I think could be better is making custom number formats easier to use whereas it requires multiple clicks to reduce the number of decimal places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma allows our company to have a collective understanding of problems so we know which areas of weakness we need to focus on improving.

Awesome Data and Visualization Tool

What do you like best about the product?
We have had great success with Sigma to build critical dashboards that pull in complex data. It also pulls in real-time data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have had some slow performance issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe it saves us costs and gives us more flexibility than Amplitude, which is a GUI. We use Hex to help pull in the data.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes processing and visualizing data much easier than it was before. The implementation of Sigma was easier than expected and our team uses it daily to complete various projects
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some limitations when it comes to visualizations and tables. I wish the layout of dashboards and workbooks was more flexible

All of our analytical platform runs on Sigma. Most of our business team uses the platform to make decision's on the sales and growth of organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean, modern look for data. Easy to use. I love the ability to export data in multiple formats as well as schedule exports for those used regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often slow and sometimes times out when pulling larger client impact data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling data from our system into an easy-to-read, digestible view to make informed decisions about client usage and next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Sigma stands out for its clean interface and how easy it is to build and customize dashboards without needing SQL expertise — though it's powerful enough for analysts who want to go deeper. I especially like how seamlessly it connects to our cloud warehouse, giving me real-time visibility into data without requiring complex ETL processes. It’s made cross-functional collaboration smoother across my sales and ops teams because non-technical users can actually explore data confidently.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sigma is very intuitive overall, some of the more advanced visualization options still feel limited compared to tools like Tableau. I'd also love to see faster load times on larger datasets and more templates for common use cases to help speed up onboarding for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma helps bridge the gap between our raw data and business decision-making. Before using Sigma, our teams relied heavily on data analysts to run queries or pull reports, which slowed down insights and created bottlenecks. Now, with Sigma’s live connection to our cloud warehouse, I can explore campaign performance, build custom views, and segment publisher or revenue data without waiting on dev or ops.

What do you like best about the product?
The adaptability of the software that arranges data in a fast, and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides to sigma, and it all comes down to the user and how in-depth they want their data to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing ordering and delivering results to increase our gross margin is better than ever.

What do you like best about the product?
What I live about Sigma is that I’m able to use the data within my current platform, have sigma ingest it and create the reports needed for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, like be a tad easier but once you get past the learning curve you’re gravy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients often ask for reports that our platform doesn’t currently have. This is when we tap in Signma to get the reporting needed.

What do you like best about the product?
We moved from a personal, clunky BI tool to Sigma about a year ago -- this platform has extended our reach and allowed our team to bring on new, non-technical teammates for projects that require a data storyline. It is easy to follow, easy to navigate, and relatively simple to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sigma lacks some features depending on the license; for example, the standard user cannot export data or add values to additive tables. In addition, filters are not additive across tabs within the same work book, which requires manual reconciliation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to process data faster than ever before and with fewer errors. In addition, our team's confidence in data storytelling has grown significantly since the platform is easy to follow.
