Intuitive Visuals, Great Support

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Sigma's interface and visuals, which make data more engaging for our team by displaying leaderboards and charts instead of just plain tables. It's easier for non-technical users to measure performance and identify outliers or discrepancies. The support chat in Sigma is great and something we use frequently, and the initial setup was pretty straightforward and easy to pick up for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overly complex to manage many lookups and joins. The SQL generated is sometimes not as performant as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma solves the problem of combining data, making it easier for non-technical users to answer questions and measure performance. It also presents data in leaderboards or charts, helping our users identify outliers or discrepancies.

Smooth, Seamless Data Modeling and Interactive Dashboards

  • February 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the data model can be edited online, and I really appreciate the platform’s interactive dashboard. It supports complex calculations, and it’s easy to transform and manipulate data as needed. It also makes it straightforward to create visualizations from the available data, and overall the data transformation experience feels smooth and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a high-performance work program, and I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about its features. I’m very satisfied with the performance Sigma has delivered for me so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating projections around the technical processes in our operations helps me visualize large volumes of data more clearly. It also lets me pull in raw data from different sources and turn it into dashboards much faster, which significantly reduces the time it takes to build them. Overall, this supports our results and helps us stay aligned with our objectives.

Fast, Spreadsheet-Style Interface That Makes Prototyping and Drill-Down Exploration Easy

  • February 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the spreadsheet-style interface, and you don’t need to be a database expert to use it. If you know how to use Excel, you can already build my prototypes and see how the tables look with real names and numbers. I also love how fast it is to explore: when I see a chart, I can drill down and explore it all the way to the smallest level.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some aesthetic limitations, the learning curve is short, and the mobile version isn’t very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really helped us a lot. It gives us an interactive experience, taking us from my prototypes to real data, and overall it’s been a truly unique and flexible experience.

Powerful, Excel-Like Analysis and Easy Dashboard Prototyping

  • February 25, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I liked being able to create joins, run complex calculations, and work with different aggregation levels just by dragging columns. I also liked how easy it was to prototype a dashboard. It’s straightforward to use, and I can add filters and groupings in a way that feels very similar to Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I liked least is that Sigma dashboards aren’t the most beautiful on the market, and I think they should be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything has been positive with Sigma. It’s no longer just about uploading a PDF or viewing a static dashboard; it’s about creating an environment where people can explore and work with the data without risking changes to the production database. Overall, it has been great, and everything is going well.

Easy Sigma Integration with Powerful Plugins and In-UI Data Editing

  • February 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it’s very easy to integrate, whether you use iframes or the SDK, and that you don’t have to code everything from scratch—you can simply bring the power of Sigma into your application. I also like the custom plugins, and the fact that it lets users edit data directly in the UI and have those changes saved back to the data store, without needing to build the entire API and backend flow yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s difficult to make the Sigma panel look exactly like the application design. I find the styling options somewhat limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s an excellent tool that benefits me a lot and saves me time. Now I don’t have to spend so much time in program dashboards; instead, Sigma takes care of the heavy data work, and I can focus on the application architecture and the user experience.

Intuitive, Real-Time Analytics That Makes Complex Data Accessible

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it makes complex data more accessible, letting users explore it in real time. The user interface is intuitive, so I can find and access information quickly and efficiently. I also appreciate how easy it is to share information, which makes it much simpler to maintain consistent metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup is straightforward, and it’s an excellent application. So far, I haven’t noticed any major shortcomings—there’s honestly nothing I dislike about it. Sigma is a powerful analytics platform, and it’s been a great experience to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool allows us to obtain information quickly and define centralized metrics. It helps me create highly interactive reports and greatly facilitates data exploration. It also lets us establish consistent metrics across the organization, which makes it easier for everyone to explore, interpret, and understand the data.

Streamlining legacy processes has reduced redundant reports and simplifies impact analysis

  • January 08, 2026
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Sigma is to make processes lean, as our company is a 30-year-old company with many old processes that we are trying to simplify.

A specific example of a process I have simplified using Sigma is our data warehouse ETL processes and reporting tools. Day-to-day, our reporting reports and databases get bigger, and since we had not used reports or tables effectively, we use Sigma to simplify and find these.

What is most valuable?

The best feature Sigma offers, in my opinion, is the measurement part.

The Measurement feature helps me and my team with Sigma measurement, as we use these measurements to find unused reports.

Sigma has positively impacted my organization by creating a culture that we are trying to add to all processes, simplifying our processes and improving our analysis effort.

Before the Sigma project, we had many graphs in the system, and when we made an impact analysis, it gave us many tasks to complete. After Sigma, we simplified it and removed old processes, so when we try to make an impact analysis, we get fewer tasks to complete.

What needs improvement?

Some procedures or rules could potentially be simplified, though I have not thought extensively about how Sigma can be improved.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Sigma for one year.

What other advice do I have?

I access and interact with Sigma by using Six Sigma. If others are looking into using Six Sigma, I would advise that it is useful to use Six Sigma if they have any problems to solve.

I rate Sigma an eight on a scale of one to ten because it is really good and affects our company processes positively.

Sigma found my Data and didn't even crash!

  • December 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I liked entering information in plain english and having it create a Chart. The AI identified some Trends, which is good enough for what we're doing. When I connected it to our AWS RedShift database, I was amazed that it did connect the first time and it wasn't a complete disaster (I fully expected it to). The non-technical users of our company are able to use this program and I am no longer bothered constantly with questions regarding reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
This thing cost an arm and leg and the price is going up all the time because every time we actually use it. The Visualizations that it creates are very simple looking and the performance is somewhat slow as well when trying to do something moderately complex. The largest complaint that I have is that no matter what formula that I try to build into a report, the tool will never recognize it; even if the syntax is correct and I end up wanting to throw my mouse across the room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At least my Reporting Backlog is down by about 800% thanks to my radiator's strange clicking sound. Before, it took us Weeks to get answers to questions and now everyone searches it like they were using Google. This program keeps the data in One place so I don't have to deal with the Governance people constantly asking me where I got my numbers.

Effective Performance Tracking with Slight Delays

  • December 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see my metrics in clear organized charts and compare my progress to my other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a pretty big delay in updating metrics. I wish it updated more frequently. Sometimes it takes over 12 hours to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sigma to track my closed cases, reviews, and team performance. It helps me monitor my work metrics and ensure I'm on track for my bonus. I like viewing my metrics in clear charts and comparing my progress with my team.
