What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can go into this program and pull pertinent information in regard to any of my accounts.

I love the fact that I can now filter through and pull only the information that I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing that I do not like

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with a solid UI experience. Sigma connects to our internal CRM , allowing faster reports, dashboards and helps to make decisions faster
What do you dislike about the product?
The data loading time of sigma is arbitrary. Sometimes it takes 1 sec, sometimes 1min to load the same page with the same éléments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our crm does not have good report/dashboard, so that helps a lot to find new customers and opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
Sigma has become a core part of how we work—both internally and in the product experiences we deliver to customers. We’ve used it to launch embedded market analytics that now live directly in our platform. It’s one of our most engaged-with features, and it was built and shipped in just a few weeks with very little engineering lift. That kind of speed and independence is rare.

Internally, Sigma has also made a big difference. It’s easy to build with, easy to use, and intuitive enough that folks across product, marketing, and other teams can explore data and find answers on their own. It’s helped us cut back on one-off data requests and made our reporting much more real-time and collaborative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have a few more options for visual customization and export formatting, especially for more public- or customer-facing use cases. But overall, we’ve been able to work around that without much issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Enabled our product and data teams to quickly build and launch new analytics features for our users

- Gave cross-functional teams direct access to live data so they can answer their own questions

- Reduced time spent on manual reporting and ad hoc requests

- Helped make data more central to our day-to-day decisions

For our onboarding journeys, re-engagement flows, and PRO upgrade campaigns, Sigma helps us fine-tune touch points and accelerate iteration. We’re no longer waiting days for answers, we're making changes in real time with the data that we're seeing.

What do you like best about the product?
Direct access to the database (Snowflake) and Speed. Sigma's fast loading times are game-changers for us as an agency. Visibility Control makes it easier for us to share dashboard internally and externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visualization options are slightly more limited compared to Tableau. Frequent UI change and product updates can confuse users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketers leverage Sigma’s “Explore” mode to create their own views and visualizations without needing help from data analysts. This shift significantly reduced ad-hoc requests, allowing analysts to focus on more in-depth analyses, come up with better metrics or complex attribution designs, and explore advanced solutions. Sigma’s cloud-native approach aligns perfectly with our vision for data-driven marketing growth as a marketing agency. Sigma enables our team to make smarter and faster decisions for our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
All the different capabilities available to make a dashboard pop and look sharp.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am querying, I will randomly error out and lose all of my work.

It is making querying and creating dashboards seamless.

Learning curve, administration could be better. Clearer onboarding/setup instructions.

The help desk is very efficient and responds within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the use of formulas could be simplified for non-IT users. I can hardly remember any of the formulas let alone use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a very efficient platform for making amazing visuals with hundreds of different kinds of datasets. Particularly the level of customisation is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Sigma makes working with data easier. It feels like a spreadsheet, but it's connected directly to live data, so you’re not dealing with outdated exports or bugging someone for SQL help. It’s been super helpful for our team.

I would like the charts to be more customizable.
