I use Sigma boards every day for my job as a fraud investigator. It is invaluable to our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it to be very user friendly. I use it every day. Our engineers have built out some amazing boards on Sigma and I couldn't do my job without the data that is provided to me on the various Sigma boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything negative in my experience using Sigma boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a fraud prevention investigator for a medium sized tech company. I use Sigma every day and rely on the data that it provides me in preventing and combatting fraud.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have separate dashboards for each department and ease of navigating different dashboards. It has been super helpful for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a while to download and reset data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to find significant problems with product easily through data, allowing us to enhance our services. No more manual work for a lot of us

What do you like best about the product?
Sigma is very easy to use, well-thought out, and extremely high-performing. The solution makes it easy to build data models, create visualizations, share bookmarks with colleagues and organize insights from data. Our rep is also very good at brainstorming and offering us ideas and suggestions - often pointing us to resources. Plus, I love the built-in live chat feature - have used it 4 times and it's really helpful at the moment I'm stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Self-service documentation could be better. I'm still exploring the community site, but it's not easy to get over there and find what I need. I wish Sigma would invest in more examples, more templates, more documentation resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom, manual analysis – Prior to Sigma, we were doing a lot of custom, manual spreadsheet analysis that took time and couldn't scale.
Replace a too-complicated alternative – We tried AWS QuickSight but it had a much too steep learning curve for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Sigma is a godsend for data-driven companies like ours that don't have dedicated data scientists sitting around to write SQL queries all day. It's easy to setup, easy to use, and feature-rich. We use it every day as our team's primary source of data-truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file organization works well enough, but it can be a bit unwieldy and I find it easy to lose track of some worksheets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma gives us super simple tools to analyze and visualize data from dozens of different sources. It works seamlessly, and is far easier to use than any similar tool I've used.

What do you like best about the product?
What I’m really liking about Sigma lately is how powerful the outputs have become while still being incredibly accessible. We’re able to build analyses and dashboards that actually drive decisions, not just report on data, and the usability means they can be quickly picked up and used across the organization without heavy training. That combination of depth and accessibility has made it much more valuable as a day-to-day tool, not just something used by a small technical group.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. I've loved everything on the roadmap!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help us solve the probelme of visualizing siloed data for organization benefit and decision making. It also allows us something share with our client to make meaningful decisions.

Easy to track my figure!!

What do you like best about the product?
Sigma helps to keep me guided. I heavily rely on it to track Gross Adds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently it has been taking its time to update the figure. However, this could be a combination of the application and our backend team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The dashboard is a one stop view of the data I need. No need for me to load multiple application and platforms.

Quickest way to create fully functional dashboards to management

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the minimal effort to create elements on a dashboard. Connecting to data sources is trivial. Once data is connected creating pivot tables and graphs is done in minutes. THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS UNMATCHED - I used their chat and within minutes each time my issue was resolved. Their experts are truly brilliant. Have used numerous similar tools - nothing comes close
What do you dislike about the product?
The product lacks nothing - more than fulfilled my product needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating info dashboards enabling almost realtime allocation of resources. Sigma made me look like a star

Learning and loving Sigma

What do you like best about the product?
Three things:
1) Direct connection to your data, no extracts, no delays
2) No need to learn a new programming language or platform
3) Easy to use UI
What do you dislike about the product?
1) It does take a bit of time to get fully up to speed. More quickstarts and tutorials would be very helpful.
2) The pivot table component is too limited. It needs more Ui options, especially regarding how it handles totalling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create dahsboards and financial reports much quicker and more customized than with other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to capture user inputs and triggering actions.
It performance when dealing with huge data volumes.
Ease of connecting to various data warehouses.
Easy to learn and implement solutions.
Quick and expert customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation with dropdown controls to select All with upto 200 values only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bridging the gap between the analytics platforms and custom web applications by allowing users to interact with data and capture their inputs as well. Also, it can handle large amounts of data where traditional platforms struggle.

Clear and Easy to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the easy of navigating reports as well as how clear the information is presented. It easily pulls from our POS and inventory systems and reflects data accurately. If you have an issue customer support is quick to resolve. I use the system daily .
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the way things are displayed could be customized more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma solved the problem of having data in multiple places and incorporating them into one platform.
