What do you like best about the product?
Capability to use a wide range of custom reports, real time updates, user friendly, can export reports into excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take some time to load, not always the quickest and can slow my chrome down when open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since its relatively new there is not a lot of content out there when learning to use the tools.

What do you like best about the product?
As long as you have a team that can power sigma and get it to do what you need it to do it is extremely powerful to pull the data that you need for your company. The data we get helps determine what changes we need to make and helps gain and retain clients. It was really easy to add it to our software and it is easy for our clients to use even when we have not instructed them how to read the data
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, you need to get creative to be able to pull the data you need. If you do not have a strong set of staff it may be difficult to achieve you desired results. There is a lag sometimes to have the data pull but it is not very frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this to track the activity of our employees and our clients. We use this data for strategic conversations to help better our clients business and help make connections between lack of utilization and lack of profits, or conversely when they are using our software more they are more profitable. It helps keep our more difficult clients happy and with our company.
Easy access to all the necessary business files
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is how much (and the different company content varieties) can be stored and accessed on Sigma.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little difficult to get used to the navigation.

I mostly use Sigma to access files to assist me in my day to day work.

I wish it had more input capability similar to google sheets but that it connected to the snowflake data as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to look at a massive data set and quickly get my calculations. Ad-hoc reporting has never been easier!
Brilliant and revolutionary dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
It is amazing to think that the seamless integration of snowflake works so well with Sigma and how easy it is to manipulate and visualise data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it should be more adapted to have different widgets and filters involved in it.

It ties all data and data visualisation into the one platform, which is incredible.
Sigma is one of the best reporting/dashboarding tools for snowflake
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of using the tool and the customer support is second to none. You can use their chat functionalty and get a real human with great input and suggestions to solve complex reporting problems within seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handling of timezones different for each person isn't possible which makes it hard with a workforce that is spread across the country

What I think it is cool about Sigma is its approach to integrating data visualization with a simple interface which make it really really to use for any team regardless if they are on the technical side or not. for both technical and non-technical teams.

I think it is hard to troubleshoot when there is an issue, it is complex process to find the root cause.

Sigma is solving the problem is dealing with multiple data sources. With Sigma, you can visualize in one interface and review all your projects in one place. As a project manager, it is helpful to manage multiple projects.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma is our new Reporting tool. It connects all our data from multiple sources like Snowflake, Google Analytics, Google Search Console in one place that helps us provide cutting edge reporting for our clients. The ability to transform the data in workbooks before visualization is an excellent feature.
Very Intuitive and Easy to Use Product
What do you like best about the product?
Sigma is a very Simple and Easy to Use product; it allows you to get started quickly after creating a database connection. I like the ease of use and the intuitive UI for building something quickly.
At our company, we are using it to publish a wise dashboard to refresh the KPIs, while it's also being used by several departments to build their own reporting.

What do you dislike about the product?
Having experience working on Power BI, MSTR, Excel, and Tableau, I think Sigma is lacking in a few complex visualizations and use cases that are achievable using those tools. However, that makes them bulky, while Sigma is a very lightweight tool to get you started.

Sigma is helping with an overall view of our customers and their usage of our Product, with tabs to drill down on key metrics and respective departments.
