What do you like best about the product?
The ability to look forward in time for statistics is a huge key in success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to log out then back in instead of simply refreshing things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are giving me the ability to take a deeper dive into systems and statistics within my organization so I can lead the most efficiently.
Experience using Sigma Workbooks
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to build out comprehensive and detailed views. Flexibility in the UI and design is also extremely swift - can create really stunning experiences. Having real customer support during working hours is also huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not have any complaints about Sigma yet. I have been able to build and design anything that I have envisioned thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building comprehensive views for different stakeholders in the business. Being able to design the dashboards to user specifications while also being able to have extremely detailed analysis within the workbook itself.
Excellent tool that effectively lowers the barrier to entry for data analytics

Intuitive modern interface, speed & responsiveness, and solid customer support through chat & documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use more native integrations with other apps such as Excel or PaaS platforms like Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data analysis, revenue analytics and performance management. Allows us to quickly go from no reporting to thorough, live dashboards with quick turnaround itme.

I use to receive my sales reports by email and it wasn’t always working now I can see every report by just logging in

The variety of user input options. i.e. input tables

So new and lesser known. But that's changing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is removing the need for miscellaneous csv and excel sheets owned by individuals across different departments. Everyone has access to the reports and can see the data.

I like that It is much easier to locate payments using multiple filters

I don't like that it takes a couple of ours for changes on the customer's account to reflect on sigma

The ability to pull reports in a wide array of graphics is super easy and quick.

No downsides found yet. Operational use is much simpler than the previous software we used.

Maintaining a dashboard of customer issues, RMAs, OTD, quality rejections and daily QA goals. Issuing monthly vendor scorecards and internal reports. Super user friendly platform.
