Fast, Powerful, and Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that Sigma integrates with our data warehouse and can quickly sync data. Also the ability to live in the cloud is huge, Tableau use to slow us way down to develop new dashboards. Additionally, the abiltity for more users to easily see created dashboards is great. The implementation team was also great, tutorials were quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the additional compute that we need to use in Snowflake. However, still better than running on our own computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma is solving the problem of being able to quickly and painlessly make dashboards in the cloud on near real-time data from our data warehouse, Snowflake.

Great tool for tracking performance

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy for me to keep track of my performance stats.
It has different set of parameters which I can keep a track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have a filter for looking up individual data for each individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me the hassle of keeping individual tabs for all cases handeled by the team and which need to be worked on.

Great dashboard to monitor our support team productivity

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is that we can create different dashboards according to our needs and when integrated with Salesforce, we get the exact numbers. Sigma is easy to use and we use it daily since we are from customer support team
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting sometimes is inaccurate. The survey count & chat count does not match with what Salesforce has
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to create Excel dashboards manually to track the productivity of the team. Just integrate sigma with salesforce and it ll do all the work for us

What do you like best about the product?
Sigma is great tool to check my performce metrics within a glance. It shows great graphical presentation of different parameters. It is real time syncing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to be faster. Everything else is all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me to track my and my team's parameters through a glance and its visualization helps me to summeraize it quicly.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user-friendly, easy to use, and reliable. The message notification is very helpful which helps us to understand if the message is delivered, or seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI needs to be more interactive. The shortcuts need to be more organized and user-friendly. The extra options on the interface need to be reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI helps a lot in resolving some easy tasks itself due to which the workflow is been managed in time due to which we are able to contribute more in major tasks.

Sigma has always helped with accurate data and for reporting purposes, this always helps with finding / locating the correct information based on searches

If this can be more fast, otherwise this is always the best.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to get all data sources on one dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes very long to load. You also cannot copy and paste values in a pivot table which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
5+ data sources compiled into one dash. Makes pulling data quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is very intuitive to use. As a long time user of Excel and multiple Business Intelligence platforms, it was relatively easy to dive right in without a steep learning curve. Not having to learn a new coding language adds to the positive experience and democratizes the development of dashbaords. Input tables and Materialization are unique features that help Sigma stand out against other leading BI platforms in the market. It has been a pleasent working with the customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sigma's data visualization capabilities could use some fine-tuning and added functionlity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Democratization of analytics and reporting to individual business users has been a primary challenge and Sigma has helped us increase adoption.

What do you like best about the product?
very clean and crisp looking. Fairly easy to navigate and adjust filters on various dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
extremely slow. The reports I access are quite large, but the system is so slow at times its completely unusable for me.
