What do you like best about the product?
Druva inSync is actually an effective and discreet cloud backup system. I have used many of these agent-based backup devices in the past and generally found them unreliable with high CPU usage when running. inSync is actually basically reliable and non-disruptive, invisible to the end user. In Druva inSync, unlike some other backups, there is no deduplication server or perhaps no local copy on the client machine, no problem if the computers in the Workgroup or perhaps in the domain will work perfectly well with the Druva Agent. I really like this product when I compare it with Veritas DLO and other products and Acronis.

I have not found any specific dissatisfaction with inSync as an end user; it regularly does what it is supposed to do without any intervention and with little interruption required.

What do you like best about the product?
Druvaha has worked well and it still operates. To end-users it's practically no inconvenience at all and they don't think it's there, and that is what appeals to them. The method of backup & restore is really easy. Users will quickly attach and delete data from their backup directory, all from inside the Finder. They have the right to handle it online too. The admin console is basic and really user friendly. Relevant details for a fun, at-a-glance view of the world was described right on the key dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some problems at our end with our firewall allowing in all the Druva data. We have approved the defined ranges that we have received from the funding, but it seems there are always those that do not fall within the stated ranges, causing those additional research at our end. The only aspect I hate is the recovery phase on any data that might have been inadvertently removed. You will only recover 1-at-a-time data, so you have to do it all entirely manually. It is not a seamless operation so it should be made even easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup, and consistency of company. It's awesome for getting a stable, efficient backup to the cloud. Really the restore has come in useful for the occasions a hard drive crashed.
