Special about Druva InSync
What do you like best about the product?
In Druva In sync not like other backup no dedupe server or not local copy in client machine, no problem whether computers in Workgroup or in domain it will work perfectly fine with druva Agent. I like this product much when compare to Veritas DLO and Acronics and other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike not In products features only disappointment in pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can able to safe all Endpoint data in secure level.
No headache whether Data is there or not automatically its takng backup to storage without any problem.

Better go for Druva insync in case of backup when you want to free of backup problems.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to configure and quick to deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
File encryption could be done better. If user1 works on files on their desktop, the files remain encrypted to user1 even when they are copied to USB or a network drive. That is, user2 cannot access the files from the USB or network drive. User1 must first decrypt the files before sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting endpoints from ransomware and accidental loss and damage.

Druva inSync is great if you're looking for a product that doesn't require a lot of administration. Users can even restore their own files.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease to deploy the agent and start backing up almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to backup a non-server OS. We have some computers that have imaging software that I'd like to backup with Phoenix.

Being able to view the backups across all locations in a single, easy to view portal.
Unobtrusive, effective cloud backup for endpoint devices
What do you like best about the product?
Druva inSync is an effective, unobtrusive cloud backup system. I have used many of these agent based backup systems in the past and have always found them to be unreliable with high background CPU usage when they run. inSync is non-disruptive, reliable and basically invisible to the end user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found any particular dislikes with inSync as an end-user, it consistently does what it's supposed to do with minimal disruption and no intervention required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps consistent, reliable point-in-time backups of important user data on my laptop. Archiving in the cloud allows me to restore files no matter where I am in the world without needing to be on the corporate network.

The fact that you can login to the website and view the different backups made and that you can recover individual files from a specific backup.
Initial backup takes long if you have loads of files, but then as it backs up incrementally (only files changed) its quite fast.

Sometimes the backup can be a little slow, specially if you haven't been online for a while

easily recover accidentally deleted files.
Excellent Backup System
What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup, easy to use. End users can't even tell that backup is running. Recovery is very simple to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, after using for about a year...No complaints here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All data/experiments that runs on our lab computers needed to be saved locally. Running Druva InSync, basically saves us some storage space and time. We no longer have to manually move all our data to our storage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go for it! Try it out and you'll love it.

Druva works great, it always works when I need it too. Rarely is there any issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Only issue that happens is the client seems to disconnect from the console every once in a while for no reason.

Use it! Works exactly how you would want it too. Easy to use
Fantastic solution for laptop, OneDrive, and Office 365 backups, but...
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to restore OneDrive files works amazingly well. Additionally, laptop/desktop backups couldn't be easier, and we like the ability to plug this into our SSO solution, Okta for ease of sign-in for our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web search for email doesn't work as advertised, and what does work is pretty limited. You are not able to search for 'to' or 'from,' fields. Druva has told us that this is something that will be addressed later, but it's really limited our users to the point where we need to look for alternative solutions to accommodate their search needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be able to restore data to our leadership laptops if they are broken, lost, or stolen. We have the peace of mind that their data will be safe to restore to a new device.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Fully test out the email search feature first before delving into this product. By the time you read this, there may be some feature enhancements included.
It is a good tool, easy to manage and very useful for users
